FREE MORAL AGENCY [1]

1)            Enshrined in the corpus of the revelation of His protocol, the Holy Bible, is the conceptual phenomenality of the facticity that makes every intelligent being of the creationism a free moral agent. Subtle capitalising stance of Satanism has enabled Lucifer to take wicked advantage of this freedom of moral agency, unbeknown to Adam –Lucifer’s main target—, to inject spiritual adversity into the lives of beings. As dominating as God is, He still wants man to express his will and wish, but, only according to the dictates of His protocol.

The first proof of free moral agency is captured in Genesis 2:15-17, “And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the Garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. 16) And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17) But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” The Creator’s speech, “thou mayest freely eat,” gives to created intelligent beings a discretionary status. ‘Took,’ from the 15th verse is lâqach (law-kakh’): ‘to fetch, lay hold of, bring, marry, take a wife, take in the hand.’ The LORD God took Adam by the hand to his Eden abode. ‘Put’ is yânach (yaw-nakh’): ‘to rest; settle down and remain; to deposit; by implication to allow to stay.’

Was the Lord God in firm control of His creation? Telling Adam of his Eden responsibilities points to God’s absolute suzerainty. The word ‘dress’ is the Hebrew ‛âbad (aw-bad’): ‘to work, serve.’ And ‘keep’ is shâmar (shaw-mar’): ‘to guard, give heed, have charge of, keep watch and ward, protect.’ Simply put, the Hebraic word for ‘commanded,’ tsâvâh (tsaw-vaw’), is: ‘to enjoin.’ Now the words ‘freely’ and ‘eat’ of the 16th verse are the same Hebrew ‘âkal (aw-kal’): ‘to eat, devour, burn up, feed.’ It reminds one of ‘surely’ and ‘die’, both of which are mûth (mooth): ‘to die’ – i.e. thou shalt surely die – of the 17th verse which, in this case, has a literal rendition of “in eating you are free to eat any fruit of your choice” – free moral agency, no doubt.

Scriptural veridicality, as revealed in God’s enjoinment of Genesis 2, verse 17 underscores God’s preeminent sovereignty over His creation. When you merge Jehovah’s authorship of creationism with His adjudicatory ultimacy, what you must be in awareness of is His Almighty Godhood over all phenomenality. Does His Almightiness not come in the way of His dealings with man so that He must of necessity force people to do His divine will all the time, making a whole lot of nonsense of this free moral agency?

Jonah and the fish

God does not force people to do His will. Protagonists will ask, “What about Israel, Jonah and Jesus – His wilderness experience”? To Israel, God’s scriptural firstborn, He made known through the prophetic utterance of Moses, in Deuteronomy 11:26-28, “Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; 27) A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day: 28) And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.” The free moral agency endowment of Divinity is never intended for any intelligent being to do as he so wishes in non-compliant attitude with the Creator’s will. Every intelligent being represents the LORD God in the sphere of his chosen intellectualism. The LORD God, indeed, is in firm control of the affairs of the beings of creationism.

Deuteronomy 30:15-20 reads, “See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; 16) In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. 17) But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; 18) I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it. 19) I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: 20) That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.” What does this message mean, in the light of free moral agency?

Adamic abuse of free moral agency

To get born again, say, believing every word of it, this prayer:

“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”

JOHN CHAPTER 3 VERSE 16 [four]

(…continues from part three…)

4)            Hebrews 10:38-39, 38 “Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. 39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.” Staunch believers of the Remonstrants’ (5th point) stance of Arminianistic ‘Perseverance of the saints’, evidently first taught in Augustinianism, will love to pull out the 38th verse to inform the unwary Christian of apostatical contingency. But, thank God for the immutability of the Scripture; the 39th verse teaches: “But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.” Now, who are the ‘we’, the Apostles or the Hebraic Christians? The answer is in Hebrews 3:1 “Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;” where we have ‘holy brethren, and ‘partakers of heavenly calling’ whose Apostle and High Priest is none other than Christ Jesus. Jesus is the first to call His followers ‘brethren’ in Matthew 28:10 meaning ‘one born of the same parents or sharing a parent’ from the Greek adelphos (ad-el-phos’) thus constituting the sacredness of our lives before the Most High. The word ‘partakers’ is the Greek metochos (met’-okh-os): ‘sharing in, partaking; a partner (in a work, office, dignity).’

Only born again Christians wield the empyreal qualifications of brotherhood and partakers of celestial citizenry with the Lord Jesus Christ. The Pauline ‘we’ is, most definitely, in reference to Christians. ‘Draw back’ of Hebrews 10:38 is a perditionable hupostellō (hoop-os-tel’-lo): ‘to withdraw one’s self, i.e. to be timid, to cover, shrink; to shrink from declaring, to conceal, dissemble.’ The ‘draw back’ of Hebrews 10:39 is hupostolē (hoop-os-tol-ay’): ‘the timidity of one stealthily retreating; shrinkage (timidity), that is, (by implication) apostasy.’To the peddlers of perseverance of the saints true Christians can never be found in the web of the apostatical slant leading to being hurled into bottomless perdition, turning the Christian into an inmate of eternal hell fire.

The strength of the Christian belief which is of Scriptural facticity is that “the saving of the soul” is based on the substitutionary death of the Golgotha cross which purchased the redeemed. The cost of this redemption is too expensive to make an availability of a repurchase of the redeemed soul of the Christian – it is absolutely God’s property –; also because God will not change His mind concerning the intent of His divine pronouncement. In this purchase, the good thing about it is its eternality – “that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life”. The reason why we, the true Christians, cannot ‘draw back’ is the eternality of the purchase. The cost of this redemption is too high to allow the object of this salvation to be lost. Love without measure. What is the cost? God Himself! Acts 20:28 “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.” The active word ‘purchase’ is peripoieomai (pe-riy-poi-ye’-o-mai):to make around oneself, i.e. acquire (buy).’

Ephesians 1:14 “Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.” The words ‘purchased possession’ are one Greek peripoiesis (pe-riy-poi’-yee-sis):1. acquisition (the act or the thing). 2. (by extension) preservation.’ The seriousness of this ‘purchase’ is in the word ‘earnest’ in this empyrean transaction. ‘Earnest’ is the Greek word arrhabon (ar-rha-ɓōn’):a pledge, i.e. part of the purchase-money or property given in advance as security for the rest.’ The ‘Earnest’ from Pauline exegesis, is the Holy Spirit, found in the preceding verse. The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of the Almighty is, most definitely, an uncreated Being. An uncreated One is eternal. How much will God cost, and what is the measure of global cash or wealth which equals the Holy Spirit? If the Holy Spirit will serve as a down payment, where are the resources of repurchase? Non-existent!

It must be understood that if the Purchaser were not God His blood could not be divine enough for this acquisition. The purchase is both a sole ownership and the preservation by the Divine Owner – the Church having been wrapped around the divine Purchaser. A transiency of the acquisition will definitely portray a wrong notion of the LORD’s parochialism, ergo, the purchased Church is of eternality; no one, not even God Himself will get it lost: and this is one of the objectives of John 3:16. Amen!

This birth is wholly a perfection of grace transaction. Romans 4:22-25 22 “And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness. 23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him; 24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; 25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.” ‘Imputed’ of verse 22 is logizomai (lo-ǰiy’-zo-mai):to take an inventory, i.e. estimate.’ Spiritual regeneration comes with righteousness. Righteousness becomes an irremovable essence of the born again believer in the finished work of the gory cross.

The righteousness that the Adamic race lost in the Garden of Eden received only a fugacious right standing before the Lord God which must be constantly renewed with the sacrificial butchery of another lamb. The seemingly inconsequential act of the belief in the word of God is all one needs to have ones account credited with righteousness. How can a seemingly ineffective act of faith make one a righteous person in the sight of God? The grace (an unmerited favour) of God is the response of divine beneficence to those who choose to expend the faith engendered by believing God’s word. The rebirth is not by works of morality; it is strictly by grace lest anyone should boast.

Get born again. Say this simple prayer, believing it with all your heart. Say:

JOHN CHAPTER 3 VERSE 16 [three]

(…continues from part two…)

3)            The sublimity of the person of John 3:16 has, among other qualifications, the phenomenality of ‘Justified’ and ‘Glorified’. These are pronouncements coming from eternality of the Divinity. What is the Greek word for ‘justified? It is dikaioō (dik-ah-yo’-o): ‘to render (that is, show or regard as) just or innocent’. ‘Glorified’ is doxazō (dox-ad’-zo): ‘to make glorious, adorn with lustre, clothe with splendour: to impart glory to something, render it excellent.’ The Christian salvation is truly, from this verse, a total package. Predestination, calling, justification and glorification all have active verbal constative aorist; a grammatical construction pointing out that each one of them is already consummated. The genuine adherence to John 3:16 engenders an eternally completed salvation. The glorification of the Christian’s life is truly celestial – a citizen of empyreal blissfulness while yet on earth. Hallelujah!

Where it says, “If God be for us, who can be against us” is, by all odds, a most cheering news. ‘For’ is huper (hoop-er’), meaning:in behalf of; for the sake of; over;’ while ‘against’ is kata (kat-ah): ‘down in (in place or time), in varied relations (according to the case [genitive, dative or accusative] with which it is joined).’ The 31st verse paints a picture of God taking the stance of protagonism over us; not pleading for the maintenance of our glorification, but hoisting the eternal flag of redemption for our sake. Can anyone or anything come down in opposition to God’s absolute desire: of which He had sworn to prevent from decay? Selah!

One of the most dangerous things to do is to curse the LORD’s elect. The one who has been justified by the Most High can never have a charge brought against him successfully. Why could Balaam not curse the LORD’s Israel? Numbers 22:12 “And God said unto Balaam, Thou shalt not go with them; thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed.” God has made it impossible for a true born again Christian to ever be derailed spiritually. “Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth” [Romans 8:33].S

Who benefits from this empyreal grace? The John 3:16 answer is, “Whosoever”. Matthew 9:13 “But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” One has to agree with the Scriptures in its declaration of: “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Agreeing with the Lord God that you need salvation is the first step to becoming God’s child. 1Timothy 1:15 “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.” Even before we were born, we were sinners already. What does the Psalmist say lyrically? “Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me” (Psalms 51:5). Pauline didacticism above continues with, “Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting” [1Timothy 1:16]. Any man, woman, boy, girl of any race or age who desires eternal life is the ‘whosoever’ of John 3:16.

The words of John 3:16 promises ‘eternal life’ and the Scriptures supports this empyreal citizenship. John 17:1-2 “These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: 2) As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.” Romans 5:20-21 “Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: 21) That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Romans 6:22-23 “But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. 23) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”  1John 2:25 “And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.” 1John 5:13 “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” 1John 5:20 “And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.”

JOHN CHAPTER 3 VERSE 16 [two]

And the Word was made flesh (John 1:14).

(…continues from part one…)

2)            The fourth word ‘loved’ of John 3:16 is the Greek agapaō (ag-ap-ah’-o): ‘to love (in a social or moral sense).’ It is the verb form of agapē (ag-ah’-pay): ‘brotherly love, affection, good will, love, benevolence; love feasts.’ This Godly love is not sensual; it has no strings attached to it; it is not a feeling – as a matter of fact – it is strictly a commitment. Agapaō is not an act of discrimination. The LORD God is terrifically committed to this love lifestyle. Absolutely nothing makes this love to depreciate. The act is eternally of the Divinity. It is God’s divine choice – to love the redeemed for all eternity.             The verse of John 3:16 also says, “He gave”.

“…thou shalt conceive in thy wombforth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS” [Luke 1:31].

John 1:14 “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” This verse does not say the Word was made flesh, in the light of the Greek word used. The original Johannine Greek couch is not ktizō (ktid’-zo) meaning:to create: of God creating the worlds’ which is the word ‘created’ found in Colossians 1:16; ergo, His making or ‘being’ is not of creationism. Johannine couch is not gennaō (ghen-nah’-o) defined as: ‘coming to life through parental birth’ i.e. the ‘begat’ of Matthew 1:2. Non-use of gennaō proves that the Word or Christ is not of procreative existence. Ginomai (ghin’-om-ahee): ‘to become, i.e. to come into existence, begin to be, receive being’, is the Greek couched word ‘made’. The Word was not made. The Word, in the understanding light of ginomai, became flesh, which was not flesh before it became so – proving the incarnational reality.

Romans 5:10 reads “For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.” Our salvation does not come from our good works. We cannot even maintain this spiritual life; it is strictly an authorship of the Lord Jesus, the Perfecter of our faith. We are saved by His substitutionary death on the cross. His unprecedented resurrection is the power behind our salvation.

Romans 8:28-39 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. 29) For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30) Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. 31) What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32) He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 33) Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. 34) Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36) As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37) Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38) For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39) Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

What God gave us in John 3:16 is well spelt out in Romans 8:28-39. Verse 28 teaches that it is ‘according to His purpose’, validating the incontrovertible facticity that the machinery that effectively enables ‘all things working together for good’ is strictly God’s sole preserve. This is exclusively divine work of grace – unmerited favour. Let us look at some words of verse 29. ‘Foreknow’ is proginōskō (prog-in-oce’-ko): ‘to have knowledge beforehand; to foreknow: of those whom God elected to salvation.’ ‘Predestinate’ is proorizō (pro-or-id’-zo): ‘to predetermine, decide beforehand; in the NT of God decreeing from eternity.’ ‘Conformed’ is summorphos (soom-mor-fos’): ‘having the same form as another, similar.’ Amazing Grace did not only foreknow the born again Christian, the grace of God predestined me for salvation knowing fully well that I would accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour.

Having said Romans 10:9-10 in the prayer that concludes the soteriological ritual, God did what none can ever bring to perfection. He ‘conformed’ me – a born again – to the image of Himself’: for is it not understood that “he that seeth Him – Jesus – hath seen the Father” (John 14:9)? Now, that brings one closer to understanding why it says, “Ye are gods”. God looks at me, a Christian, and who does He see? He sees the Christ in me. What does He call me? He will adorably intone, “My dear son in whom I’m well pleased!” Amen.

JOHN CHAPTER 3 VERSE 16 [one]

“…that whosoever believeth in him should not perish…”

1)            It is the microcosm of the entire Bible. The infrastructural quiddity of soteriological quintessence rests solely on it. Of Jesus, and His salvation: man’s most needed essential commodity – as a fallen creature – is all the Bible is intimating man with and which is exquisitely couched in the Word of God – Jesus. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

“…the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world” [Revelation 13:8]

The salient question is, at what point of time did God perfect this divine sacrificial beneficence? The timing of it and the essence of the act give an understanding of proven effectuality of this salvation. Revelation 13:8, “And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” The preposition ‘from’ is apo (apo’): ‘A primary particle; “off”, that is, away (from something near), in various senses (of place, time, or relation; literally or figuratively)’. Revelation 17:8 has the same apo as in Revelation 13:8. Ephesians 1:4 “According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:” where another preposition, ‘before’, is pro (pro): ‘fore’, that is, in front of, prior (figuratively superior) to.’ In Titus 1:2, ‘before’ is the same pro.

1Peter 1:19-20 19 “But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: 20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,” and ‘foreordained’ of the 20th verse is proginōskō (prog-in-oce’-ko): ‘to have knowledge before hand; to foreknow: of those whom God elected to salvation; to predestinate; to know beforehand, that is, foresee’.

When the contentious question of “Can a Christian lose his salvation?” is raised, I do not waste time in pointing to John 3:16 as one of the Scriptural solutions to this contention which several Christians will treat with heated acidity of negation. The famous verse begins with “For God so loved” and nobody seems to ask, “At what point in time did God shower the world with this love?” Trace the chronological reality of this beneficence and you may have to travel way back into the realm of eternality. A plan of an architectural edifice, as we all are aware, has always been with the commencement of an uninhabitability of the project. In like manner, God, the Architect of the universal creation, sat down long before He brought anything into creationism in the eternity past, and had decided that, this creature of humanity, who will sin against Me, must be given a second chance to acquire my zoë type of life-eternal. When God dwells on a course of action, He has always thought it through – nothing to amend; so it can be said of Him, “I am the LORD I change not.”

Note that ‘change’ comes with a suffixal negation ‘not’. Found in Malachi 3:6, ‘change’ is the Hebraic shânâh (shaw-naw’): ‘to fold, that is, duplicate (literally or figuratively); by implication to transmute (transitively or intransitively)’. He has promised ‘eternal life’ and the celestial blissfulness of eternality is the portion of His Christian children. He will not change His mind of Divinity. God will not say something in Genesis and cause its mutation in the Psalms. Will He make a soteriological asseveration in the biblical protocol and then take a trip to the Islamism of Muhammadanism or of Hinduism, and build mutated versions of the Bible in the Qur’an, the Vedas or any other religious book? The factual Word of God is “Yea and Amen”; therefore, any theological work that has not the thematic thread of Jesus Christ – Jesus being the ‘Yea and Amen’ – running through as the Alpha and the Omega, can never ever be of the LORD i.e. JEHOVAH, the God of the Bible. Discard it, ergo, as quickly as possible.

HEARTBREAK

Jilted, the wholeness of your world comes crumbling in a million, unbelievable shattered mess. It is one time of your life when absolutely nothing is of the capability to soothe you to pacification. You see your very heart broken: broken in pieces of impairment. It feels so irredeemably true – to you – that there is no sewing ingenuity capable of mending the torn-apart heart. You weep but discover, to your chagrin, that in your shattered moments that you actually need more weeping mouths to conclude a satisfactory cry of anguished woe. You believe so sorrowfully that the gallons of uncontrollable flowing tears will be too inadequate to flush out this excruciating pang: freeing yourself from this misery.

How many have told themselves, “The best way out of this unbearableness is death.” Seeing death as the only panacea, without thinking twice or for the fifth time of the period of intense anguish, two minutes after those deathly decisions, they were found lifeless, ready for internment. So many are the suicidal attempts that had left, and have continued to leave victims of heartbreak: physically impaired; one or two limbs crippled; blinded in one or both eyes; mentally deficient. All caused by self-prescriptive administer of a kill-me-quick chemically charged antidote. A careless heartbroken victim is likely to be hurled into irredeemable suffering. This is why one needs Jesus.

Use the WORD of God

A very young beautiful girl, my ‘area daughter’, Iyabo Aderoju, in the late seventies, was very pained when her boyfriend jilted her. More painful she felt, especially, for the calumnious rant towards her person by the misbehaving boy. Iyabo said to me, “Brother, I am weeping inside me, but the tears will not burst forth down my cheeks. I should be wailing, but there is a certain joy from Jesus in my heart – as a born again – that has swallowed up the tearful pangs.” This is what I am trying to put across.

And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters” [Genesis 1:2].

All a man needs is to fill his heart with the eternal love of Jesus Christ to the brim of his being and to an overflow, and swimming in that love of the Redeemer of souls. Get truly born again. Sign an eternal pact with the Author of faith in God the Father. Let the Holy Spirit fill you with the eternality of His divine influence: and let us see who can victimise you with a silly heartbreaking jilt. It is an attack well wrapped in the gauze of impossibility, when anyone tries to break the heart of God’s child. With Jesus, the eternal irrevocability of the sweetness of His love, well established in your person, the evil feeling of mundane jilt of a transient man or woman will meet with an overwhelming avalanche of the love of Jesus. It will be so infinitesimally inconsequential that it will just be flushed out of you without you even knowing of any pang of sensual disturbance. The love of Jesus is too powerful for any pad and creep of Satanism trying to gate crash your sanctified heart.

God gives peace that passes all understanding

There is a certain peace that passes all understanding. Philippians 4:7, And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. The Greek word for ‘peace’ is eirene (ei-ree’-nee):1. peace. 2. (by implication) prosperity.’ The Greek for ‘passeth’ is huperecho (hï-per-e’-chō): ‘1. to hold oneself above. 2. (figuratively) to excel. 3. (participle as adjec;tive, or neuter as noun) superior, superiority.’ Phroureo (frou-re’-ō) is the Greek for ‘shall keep’, meaning: ‘1. to be a watcher in advance, i.e. to mount guard as a sentinel (post spies at gates) 2. (figuratively) to hem in, protect.’ ‘Hearts’ is kardia (kar-d̮iy’-a): ‘1. the heart. 2. (figuratively) the thoughts or feelings (mind). 3. (by analogy) the middle.’ And ‘mind’ is noema (no’-ee-ma) meaning: ‘1. a perception, i.e. purpose. 2. (by implication) the intellect, disposition, itself.’

When relationships go awry the targeted realm of botheration is the mind. To the Christ-less individuals, they feel like being swallowed up by a gaping ground; life, to them, has come to a termination. But, never is it so – to the Christ initiated people. They show, in prayer, the unbearable cardiac situation to God in the precious name of Jesus and what happens? The LORD God who had long before then watched over His children showers them with the excellency of heart soothing peace. His words of protection flood their minds. The angels of the LORD sentinel the activities of His children, ensuring that the destructive arrows of jilt do not overwhelm our mental stability.

The heart of a born again Christian belongs to Jesus; and He is the custodian of the hearts of the redeemed souls. When a man or a woman says, “I don’t love you anymore; this is the end of the road;” the eternal love of Jesus stands: a pillar of strength, loving you more than you can ever imagine. Amen!

Praying the sinner’s prayer as it is contained in Romans 10:8-10 is the prayer of salvation that gets one born again. This settles the spiritual quarrel man has with God. To get born again, say this prayer, with all your heart:

Dear heavenly FATHER, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died for my sins. I believe that You raised Jesus Christ from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord. Today, I receive Jesus Christ as my Lord and my Saviour and I give God all the glory. Amen.

The ‘born again’ Christian is an initiated person into the ‘secret cult’ of Jesus Christ.

4)            Jared means descent. Spiritual descent of a man cannot be a positive gradation, ergo, an Adamic degeneration. God, being good, had designed a horizontal – from heaven to earth – plan of soteriological reality intended to salvage the believing humanity. Jared’s life was indicative of God’s willingness to save the fallen Adam.

The English definition of Enoch is ‘dedicated; initiated’, pointing to the fact that God will never destroy anyone who dedicates his life to Him. The ‘born again’ Christian is an initiated person into the ‘secret cult’ of Jesus Christ. Enoch’s initiation was an enablement that kept him in his ‘close walk’ with God. Ham had been appointed to carry out this initiation in the latter days of Adamic earth.

The LORD is so good to HIS Bride, the Church.

Methuselah means ‘man of a dart’ which possibly signifies ‘he dies and it (the flood) is sent’, prophetically named by his father, Enoch, at his birth. Nothing of spiritual note is credited to Methuselah, but, the fact still remains that, this Methuselah was not of the vagrant miscreants of the demonic land of Nod, known of Cain – their progenitor. Methuselah lived a righteous life as was shown him by his father; and is counted as one of the saint-patriarchs of the antediluvian age who did not do the will of Lucifer. All Methuselah needed to do was to believe. That he died just before the flood means that he went to Abraham’s Bosom when he slept the sleep, not onto eternal death, but the typicality that guarantees life eternal after earthly demise.

Lamech is ‘destruction’ by definition. Unlike his antediluvian miscreant counterpart of Cainish descent, this Lamech was not destroyed by the anger of the great deluge judgment of Divinity. He was an antediluvian saint. He destroyed the evil hand of satanic death by calling on the name of the LORD God and did not fail to set the feet of his son, Noah, on the right path. Lamech gave birth to the LORD’s rest. Lamech is a pointer to the end time warning of God’s destruction of the wicked, from the lips of the evangelical business of Ham.

Ham must preach to a dying, Adamic world.

There is a reason for not keeping the records of the names of some of the biblical daughters. The born again Christians constitute the Bride of Jesus Christ, ergo, a woman. Christianity is one of the most guarded secrets in the heart of the Divinity.

The intriguing shenanigan behind satanic goad of Adamic race into sin is to get them into the eternal ire of the Divinity – Lucifer maniacally craves hellish accompaniment. Lucifer knows that all that Adam had to be guilty of was just one tiny sin and the pronouncement of judgment with a string attachment of a curse hemming the reaction of the Divinity. In the Garden of Eden Adam received the judgment for disobedient sinfulness; but the curse was not given to Adam directly; it passed onto the ground. The curse raged on throughout the antediluvian age.

The sun represents Nimrod, the sun god; the moon is Semiramis, moon goddess and Nimrod’s wife.

In the postdiluvian error against the joy of the LORD, it was Ham who sinned. Who received the curse? Canaan, his son, received the excruciating lash of the curse. Lucifer took advantage of the curse, making it to snowball into an anomalous global government headed by Baal, in the person of a Hamish Nimrod – worshipped king, the next Antichrist after Cain. When Cain refused to use his spiritual javelin in the cause of Jehovah, he was substituted with Seth. Cain received a direct curse owing to the fact that he took the stance of egregious defiance, speaking face to face with the LORD God, Who had come with a Fatherly forgiveness. Cain must take a direct curse just like Lucifer, his spiritual father. Cain was the first type of the ultimate Antichrist, whom Ham must preach against. Yes, Ham of Africa is wreathing in the curse of Noah, which brings Africa down to the level of a Third World underdevelopment; the truth is simply that Africa remains in God’s soteriological calendar. Selah!

The antediluvian patriarchs passed the baton of succession of God’s business one to the other, culminating in Noah’s leading humanity through the flood. Why? God wanted to preserve humanity. Noah passed the baton to Shem. Japheth continued on a larger scale. Ham, the supposedly cursed, must complete the soteriological enterprise. How come so? God had blessed him immediately after the great deluge. Abraham passed the baton to Isaac who also did the same to Jacob. Whether Jacob was a ‘supplanting’ schemer or not: the grace of God took care of his spiritual inadequacies. Whether under curse or not, in this end-time proclamation of the coming of Jesus Christ, it is strictly a divine appointment for Ham of Africa to champion it. Amen.

You must be born again to be free from Divine condemnation. Pray the sinners’ prayer. Say:

“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”

Eight antediluvian Saints who became the first postdiluvian souls.

3)            There is a reason for not keeping the records of the names of some of the biblical daughters. Their wives’ names are unknown because they represent the Church – Divine’s closely guarded secret enterprise. The born again Christians constitute the Bride of Jesus Christ, ergo, a woman. Christianity is one of the most guarded secrets in the heart of the Divinity. Noah needed not beget a female. Why not? His entire family is a typicality of the redeemed Christian – the Bride of Christ. His exemplary walk with the LORD God was exemplificative of a Christian. His entire family worshipped the true God. A worshipper is not just a follower of his deity; a spiritual marriage is involved in that adherence. Noah means ‘rest’. A true Christian has found spiritual rest in the LORD God. It is not the physical perceptibility that marks out the Christian; it is his inherent nature, the spiritual rebirth midwifed by the Holy Spirit, who in turn takes up an irrevocable dwelling inside the Christian, is what makes the true born again a child of God. Noah’s name points him out as a Bride of the Divine Jesus.

His banner over the Bride is love [Song of Solomon 4:2].

The name of Seth’s wife is not given in Scripture. Seth means ‘substitute (remnant)’. The LORD God never lacks a remnant to carry out His Divine will. Seth was a type of a Christian. His wife’s hidden name points to veiled Christianity. Enos means ‘mortal man’. Adam’s taste of sin brought mortality to him and his progenies. Enos is a reminder that death is imminent to every man that refuses the grace of God through Jesus Christ.

Cain’s treasonable felony against the headship of his father and the family of Adam gave Lucifer all the opportunities he needed to unleash havoc on humanity. Cain means ‘javelin’. As the first born in human history, it behoves Cain to use the instrumentality of his name to protect the nascent Eden family. Rather than attack the devilish incursion, Cain joined forces with Lucifer, culminating in Adamic dichotomy. Cain became the progenitor, head and lord of the antediluvian miscreants. Even though mankind had fallen into sinfulness, the sacrificial grace was the atonement availability for sins. God made sure not to create man for annihilation; and what He did to bring man back to Himself was to create man in the Image of Christ. Eternal security. Yes, this points to the secured eternality of the true believer simply because the Image of God is an Eternal Christ. God allowed several salvific opportunities to gracefully pamper us. It is of grace lest any should boast.

The Church, like the days of Seth, calls upon the name of the LORD.

Cain, whose name means javelin, would neither throw any missile to dissipate the enemy’s advance nor lift it to ward off the enemy; he refused to take a stand in defence of his family. He would not live up to the expectation of the name given to him by his parents. Cain failed.

When Cain refused to use his ‘javelin’ for the protection of his family and defiantly rejected God’s offer for forgiveness, he became the vagrant progenitor of the antediluvian miscreants. After the tragic death of Abel, another son was needed to take his place. Seth, whose name means ‘substitute (i.e. remnant) or put’, became an antediluvian revivalist, publishing the worship and praise of the LORD God. He gave birth to a son, Enos.

Jairus’ daughter is a typical Christian – alive and safe in the eternal arms of Jesus.

Enos means ‘man’ – in his mortality. A dying Adamic race is what Enos represents. A wise Seth decided that only God could save mankind. Seth began an embarkation of the revival that would turn the children of Adam back to the true God, Jehovah. Seth got as many as would do the will of the Creator and they were the antediluvian saints. Cainan means ‘(fixed) chamber; dwelling’. His antediluvian sainthood nods in affirmative of Scriptural facticity that the earth is our dwelling place.

Mahalaleel is the son of Cainan. ‘Praise of God’ is the meaning of Mahalaleel. Praising of the LORD God must not come to a halt. The remnant of the Most High God is definitely a Mahalaleel. The children of God will continue to do so: for the progenies of Ham will rise up to rekindle the praise of Jehovah.

You must be born again to be free from Divine condemnation. Pray the sinners’ prayer. Say:

“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin.
