The Christmas Story (Part four)

4)            The story of Christmas is about the LORD God who showed up in the Garden of Eden. God the Father will not descend from the throne room of the Rainbow Administration of the celestial assizes. Who, ergo, is the Visitant of Genesis 3:8, And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden?” In order to save the pristine parents, the LORD God did not only kill animals to effect an expunction of the sin of Adamic disobedience, He evangelized the ultimate soteriological blood sacrifice. He performed the Eden immolation to enter into a blood relationship with mankind.

Sword: Word of God. Sash: sacerdotalism (indicating answered prayers. Amen!).

Frankincense, a gift from the wise men, is sacerdotal. It is in recognition of the fact that this holy Baby is going to be a priest –the Priest of all believers. “Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek” [Psalm 110:4]. The myrrh vaticinates His death for the salvation of humanity.

The Baby Jesus came with human blood to perfect the exchange required to save man absolutely. 2Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. When a statement begins with a conjunction like ‘therefore’ (hoste (hoce’-teh) ‘so too, i.e. thus therefore’) it presupposes a string of thought. Paul’s mentation of 2Cor 5:14 runs thus: For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: where ‘constraineth,’ sunecho (soon-ekh’-o) means: ‘1. to hold together, i.e. to compress (the ears, with a crowd or siege) or arrest (a prisoner) 2. (figuratively) to compel, perplex, afflict, preoccupy.’ The love of our Saviour has held us together to enable us have sound understanding.

His death atoned for our sin.

The scriptural pellucidity is here pointed at in this next verse, And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again [2Cor 5:15]. If the onliness of Jesus’ act had not gone beyond dying for us, we all would have died and remain dead as dodo, pathetically. He rose from the dead to give us the same zoe (Godly life of eternity). Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more [2Cor 5:16]. Jesus is no more of flesh and blood. He is no longer the man who thirsted, hungered and slumped in exhaustion. He is the true LORD from heaven. The Saviour of the world.

So, when Paul said “old things are passed away,” the Greek meaning of ‘old things’ is archaios (ar-khai`-os) ‘original or primeval.’ Original sin of the Adamic nature of sinfulness known of the born again person are ‘passed away’ that is, parerchomai (par-er’-khom-ai) ‘1. to come near or aside 2. to approach (arrive) 3. to go by (or away) 4. (figuratively) perish or neglect 5. (causative) avert.’ The story of Christmas deals with the erasure of damning sins. You cannot have your spiritual location inside the Christ and be guilty of any sin. Impossible! Jesus took care of all that spiritual putrefaction. Amen! The verse says that every individual whose spiritual location is found in Christ is ‘a new creature.’ The word ‘new’ is kainos (kai-nos’) ‘new (especially in freshness).’ If the freshness comes from the throne of God’s celestial assizes, then it follows that this freshness is simply eternal!

He is the LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS (JEHOVAH TSIDKENU).

‘Creature’ of 2Corinthians 5:17 is an interesting ktisis (ktis’-is) ‘1. original formation 2. (properly) the act 3. (by implication) the thing.’ Jesus has created an original creature the likes of Adam’s original sinless existence. You cannot be held of any sin again. This is what the excitement of the story of Christmas is all about. We are no longer sinners; we are righteous people, who are called born again Christians. 2Corinthians 5:21 “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Our righteousness is not of our making. We cannot maintain this new creaturehood. Christ maintains the righteousness. No man can be trusted with it. Too precious before the thrice holy God it is.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Philippians 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: and this is what the Christmas story brings to mankind. The Christmas story is about the construction of a brand new creation. Merry Christmas!

The Christmas Story (Part three)

The wise men worshipped Jesus

3)            The Christmas story is of heaven reinstating Adam to his dominion role. Power must change hands. And seeing an imminent abscission of the spiritual power (i.e. of spiritism) that protects the global political hegemony of Satanism, Herod became very jittery. An arrangement to surcease God’s intention preoccupied Herod’s demonic stance. God is always steps ahead of His enemies. The wise men who had by then come to the understanding of the incarnation that must precede the practicality of soteriological design had no problem, whatsoever, obeying the instruction of Matthew 2:12 “And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.”

Why did they give the Baby Jesus gifts of gold, and frankincense, and myrrh?

Gold signifies royalty. They asked, in Matthew 2:2, “Where is he that is born King of the Jews?” Prophet Isaiah made a vaticination of, “…and the government shall be upon his shoulder…” To Pilate’s, the governor’s, question of Matthew 27:11, “Art thou the King of the Jews?” the Bible says, “And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest.” John 18:37, “Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.” Of the same Jesus it is written in Revelation 19:16, “And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

AND WITHOUT HIM WAS NOT ANY THING MADE THAT WAS MADE [John 1:3].

The sovereignty of Christ is one and the same as that of the First Member of the Godhead, God the Father. Psalm 22:28, “For the kingdom is the LORD’S: and he is the governor among the nations.” The word ‘nations’ is gowy (go’-ee) (rarely (shortened) goy {go’-ee}) ‘1. a foreign nation 2. (hence) a Gentile 3. (figuratively) a troop of animals, or a flight of locusts.’ Even foreign nations, represented by the wise men will come under the sovereignty of Jesus. “For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding. 8) God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness” [Ps 47:7-8]. Who is this in the prophetic utterance of Daniel 7:14 “And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.” It is none other than the One who would destroy the Antichrist. Jesus Christ! Is it not for this reason He came to the world at Christmas?

The annunciation commenced His earthly sojourn

Zechariah 14:9 says, And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. Revelation 11:15, And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. Who is the ‘Lord’ in this verse, and who, if I may ask, is the Christ? Can they be One individual? They are the First and the Second Members of the Godhead. The Scripture, through the Divine Logos, revealed Them in this rhema, I and my Father are one [John 10:30]. While the definition of ‘are,’ esmen (es-men’) is: ‘we are,’ [indicative of first person plural of eime –exist– is the same as the ‘am’ in Jehovah’s “I AM”]; the noun ‘one’ is heis (heis`) is a neuter gender, meaning, ‘one thing, essence.’ Jesus is of the same essence as the unseen God the Father. The Christmas story is about the Incarnation (of the Most High Jehovah).

Which was, and which is, and which is to come, the Almighty –JESUS.

The Christmas story is about Jesus, “…ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting [Micah 5:2]. ‘From of old’ is the Hebrew qedem (keh’-dem) (or qedmah {kayd’-maw}) ‘1. the front, of place (absolutely, the fore part, relatively the East) or time (antiquity) 2. often used adverbially (before, anciently, eastward);’ and ‘from everlasting’ is `owlam (o-lawm’) (or lolam {o-lawm’}) ‘1. (properly) concealed, i.e. the vanishing point 2. (generally) time out of mind (past or future) 3. (practically) eternity 4. (frequentatively, adverbially, especially with prepositional prefix) always.’ Only God, I believe, can be said to proceed from eternity past.

The Christmas Story (Part two)

The wise men ask King Herod, “Where is the King of the Jews?”

2)            The Christmas story, truly, is the story of the Most High. It is an emancipative design of soteriology. So much information is couched here in Matthew 2:1,Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, and in verse 11, And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh. This is undoubtedly of a historical event.

Bethlehem means ‘the house of bread (i.e. in a fertile land).’ Jesus is the Bread of life (John 6:33, 35, 48 & 51). John 6:35 “And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.” Judaea, the same as Judah, means ‘praise.’ His birth is a prophetic fulfilment of great joy. Luke 2:13-14, “And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14) Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” Praises of the angelic host signified an end to the angelic conflict boldatiously engendered by the procacity of Lucifer in the satanic putsch. The Adamic original sin question has finally been resolved by this incarnational ingenuity of the Trinity.

Herod is the Greek Herodes (hay-ro’-dace) meaning ‘heroic.’ This king is Herod the Great. His heroic greatness is of man, the labour to which greatness is wood, hay and stubble (1Cor. 3:12) which profiteth nothing (John 6:63). Jesus is the true Hero of our miserable life of sinfulness. Herod’s political heroism cannot be compared to the soteriological kerygma of the Lord Jesus which says of Him, The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world (John 1:29). The geographical ‘east,’ from where the wise men or Magi came from is anatole (an-at-ol-ay’) ‘1. a rising of light 2. (figuratively) dawn 3. (by implication) the east (also in plural).’ Man had been looking esoterically at the sun in the worship of the sun god, Baal or Nimrod. The true Light shone into the cogitations of these astrologers and they decided to seek the Truth even Jesus. They forsook idolatrous Nimro-Semiramic assistance, turned to Jesus, the King of kings, and the Saviour of mankind.

They came to Jerusalem which in Hebrew is Yruwshalaim (yer-oo-shaw-lah’-im) (rarely Yruwshalayim {yer-oo- shaw-lah’-yim}) and it means: ‘founded peaceful.’ Who is the Prince of peace [Isaiah 9:6]? Jesus! Who is the foundation upon which our Christian faith stands as a construction [1Corinthians 3:11]? Jesus! ‘House’ of verse Matthew 2:11 is oikia (oy-kee’-ah): ‘1. (properly, abstractly) a residence 2. (usually, concretely) an abode 3. (by implication) a family (especially domestics).’ In approaching the ‘house’ where the Baby Jesus was born, the wise men identified themselves with the family of God. No one comes to God’s abode and will not fall down in worship of Him, who alone is truly worthy of our worship. Amen! Mary is of the Hebraic Miryam (meer-yawm’). It means ‘bitterness’ and it means ‘rebelliously.’ Since the woman’s vitiation of God’s instruction of “but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil thou shalt not eat of it” [Gen. 2:17], mankind had incessantly disobeyed God. It was important that a woman and more importantly a one whose sobriquet is a reminder of the Adamic, should be the one to say, “Yes, thy will be done, O LORD God!”

They gave from their ‘treasures’ which is thesauros (thay-sau-ros’): ‘a deposit, i.e. wealth.’ The wise men gave of their possessions to acknowledge the Lordship of the Lord of lords. They gave in worship of the Most High. They understood this is Ancient of days who had become the Infant of days. The word ‘gifts’ from the wise men is doron (do`-ron) ‘a present, specially, a sacrifice.’ It dawned on them that this is the ultimate gift from the beneficence of the eternal Father, which will turn out to be the ultimate sacrifice for the redemption of this sinful world.

The Christmas Story (Part one)

For unto us a child is born….a Son is given

It is so amazing going through the contextual characterization of the Christmas story.

Mary: the femininity of virtuous and vestal reserve.

Joseph: the just man and the provider of the legality of a ménage.

Gabriel: the herald of celestial acknowledgement.

The Magi: wise men from the Orient.                                                                                                                                             The shepherds: characters who adumbrate Jesus.

Baby Jesus: the humanity of Christ, the Everlasting Father.

Holy Ghost: the energizing Spirit (the Second Member) of the Godhead.

God needed a just man. He found him in Joseph. Amen!

Matthew 1:18, Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. The legitimacy of this birth warrants Mary’s espousal to a man. The celestial abode is a family entity. That is where Christ comes from. When Jesus said, In my Father’s house are many mansions: of John 14:2, the word ‘house,’ oikia (oy-kee’-ah) means: ‘1. (properly, abstractly) a residence 2. (usually, concretely) an abode 3. (by implication) a family (especially domestics).’ The angels are never referred to as slaves; they are called ‘sons.’ Two chapters of Book of Job do this justice: 1:6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them. Job 38:7 says, “When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?” In both verses, the word ‘sons’ is ben (bane): ‘1. a son (as a builder of the family name), in the widest sense (of literal and figurative relationship, including grandson, subject, nation, quality or condition.’

Joseph must be involved to provide paternal headship required of every family. Joseph must be a legitimate husband for the family to receive God’s approval. He met all the spiritual requirements. How? Joseph comes from the Davidic lineage which bestows the majestic status on Jesus. The book of Matthew chapter one has, undoubtedly, is of Joseph. Matthew 1:1 began the genealogy: The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. It went on to verse six where the royalty of Jesus reads: And Jesse begat David the king; and David the king begat Solomon of her that had been the wife of Urias (Matthew 1:6); and to the conclusive, And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ (Matthew 1:16).

Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth

In the first chapter of Luke it says somewhere: And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth” (Luke 1:26). Who is Gabriel? He introduced himself in Luke 1:19, And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings. What is the meaning of Gabriel? It is the Hebraic גַּברִיאֵל Gabriy’el (gab-ree-ale’) ‘1. man of God 2. Gabriel, an archangel.’ Gabriy’el comes from two words: geber (gheh’-ber) which generally means: ‘a person simply’ but (properly) a valiant man or warrior;’ and the second is ‘el (ale) ‘1. Strength 2. (as adjective) mighty 3. (especially) the Almighty (but used also of any deity).’ This angel is ‘man of God’ who came to announce the incarnation the God-man, the Lord from heaven and the Second Member of the Godhead. Gabriel’s noel involvement is an endorsement of the One (of Revelation 4:2), who sits on the throne of the celestial assizes.

Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, so says the Bible in Matthew 2:1. The word ‘wise’ is the Greek, magos (mag’-os): ‘1. a Magian, i.e. Oriental scientist 2. (by implication) a magician or sorcerer.’ They were, as men, more than one individual, ergo, Magi in the plurality of their number (the Bible, silent about the exact number, we cannot say three, regardless of the number of the gifts they offered). Professionally they were star and moon gazing astrologers of the Spirit offending Nimro-Semiramic order. It was very apropos to necessitate the visit of the Magi. They represent the spiritual powers of Satanism, which must bow before the LORD God, because it says, And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: [Matthew 2:11]. ‘Worship’ is proskuneo (pros-koo-neh’-o) ‘1. to fawn or crouch to 2. to fall face down (prostrate) in adoration 3. a physical act of lowering oneself in humble submission with an attitude of utmost adoration or respect.’

Shepherds must be involved. HE is the Great Shepherd!

The Greek rendition poimen (poy-mayn’) meaning ‘a shepherd;’ will be well understood from the Hebraic ra`ah (raw-aw’) ‘1. to tend a flock i.e. pasture it 2. (intransitively, literally or figuratively) to graze 3. (generally) to rule 4. (by extension) to associate with (as a friend).’ The shepherds were so overjoyed to receive the Good Shepherd (John 10:11), Great Shepherd (Hebrews 13:20) even the Chief Shepherd (1Peter 5:4) of Psalm 23, Jehovah Jesus. Amen!

Baby Jesus, the central of attraction, is the nonpareil Adam. The seemingly weakling of His infancy is the humanity of ‘which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. The swaddling-clothed infantility is the Bishop of our dying souls (1Peter 2:25).

If this is the Son of God, is not germane that the Holy Spirit must be involved for the consummate midwifery of His incarnation? God must be involved in God’s business. Amen!

IS THE LORD GOD THE AUTHOR OF MORAL EVIL? (seven)

                Job and his trials

(…continued from part 6…)

(7)          A differentiating, incriminatory commination of Satanism was the tag placed on Lucifer in the scriptural documentation of: “And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?” [Job 1:8]. ‘Escheweth’ in Hebrew is śûr (soor) ‘to turn aside (off), depart.’  Râ‛âh (rah) remains the Hebraic definition of ‘evil’ here and in every mentioning of it. The Devil is explicitly the evil one and the propagator of it. If God were to have a scintilla of evil in Him, the boldacious proclivity of Lucifer would definitely had reminded God of it.

The usual outpouring psalmodic Spirit-infusion of Davidic scripting is of crystal clarity in, “For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee” [Psalm 5:4]. Evil is a component of Satanism. It has its dwelling home with Lucifer, in whom the activism of iniquity was first a discovery. I just do not know why people would not see the eternal destruction it portends if God should bring Himself to an inconsequentially tiny taste of evil. He will cease to be the Almighty: simply because He stands to be judged for wrongdoing. For the sake of His eternal goodness, the LORD, my God will never drink of evil. Hallelujah!

The wisest individual poured it forth so beautifully in Proverbs 12:20, “Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellors of peace is joy.” Pregnant with arcanum is this Solomonic scriptorial ingenuity. Is God not too real to toy with a soiling deceitfulness? Jehovah is not the liar known of man, neither will He ever seek for repentance, having committed a sin. ‘Adonay alone is Jehovah; He must not change: to save us from annihilation. The verb ‘imagine’ is chârash (khaw-rash’) ‘to scratch, that is, (by implication) to engrave, plough; hence (from the use of tools) to fabricate (of any material); figuratively to devise (in a bad sense); hence (from the idea of secrecy) to be silent, to let alone; hence (by implication) to be deaf (as an accompaniment of dumbness).’ God is absolutely good and complete. He is the ultimate nonpareil Being. There is nothing to add and nothing to remove from Him. Only a demented mind will associate God with evil.

The word ‘counsellors’, is ya`ats (yaw-ats’) ‘1. to advise. 2. (reflexively) to deliberate or resolve.’ The ‘counsellors’ from this verse can only be an advise from the mind of God, ergo, it is of ‘peace’ and the Hebrew word for which is shalowm (shaw-lome) ‘1. safe. 2. (figuratively) well, happy, friendly. 3. (abstractly, as noun) well-being, one’s welfare. 4. (by extension) health, prosperity, peace.’ It is quite understandable that while deceit comes from the imagination of evil, the counselling mind of God preaches peace that brings joy. The question now is, who is the Counsellor of Isaiah 9:6? Whose peace passeth all understanding (Philippians 4:7)? In whose presence is the fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11)? Selah!

IS THE LORD GOD THE AUTHOR OF MORAL EVIL? (six)

 God created the universe

(…continued from part 5…)

(6)          As ineffably large God is, in whom alone is contained all knowledge, time and space, you will not find an infinitesimally small evil lurking anywhere in Him. Archives and archives of unfathomable knowledge both known and undisclosed are in Him. Three dimensional is the creationism of time. Scientifically incalculable is the number hidden inside the eternity past; borrowed from eternity is the allotment of time given to created intelligence; and still absolutely indeterminable is the calculation of eternity to come! How big is the scientific measurement of the phenomenon, called the universe? The diameter of the observable universe is approximately 93 billion light-years. If 1 light-year = 9,460,730,472,580,800 metres (exactly), then 1 light-year in km. is 9,460,730,472,580,800 ÷ 1000 which comes to 9,460,730,472,580.8 km. The volume of the universe will be 4⁄3πr³. Half of 93b = 46.5 billion km which brings the calculations to 4/3 × 22/7 × 46,500,000,000 × 46,500,000,000 × 46,500,000,000 × 9,460,730,472,580.8 cu. km. Its calculation is a mind blowing number!

It comes to the staggering 8,572,232,605,953,543,425,739,632,000,000,000,000,000cu. km. (eight tredecillion, five hundred and seventy two duodecillion, two hundred and thirty two undecillion, six hundred and five decillion, nine hundred and fifty three nonillion, five hundred and forty three octillion, four hundred and twenty five septillion, seven hundred and thirty nine sextillion, six hundred and thirty two quintillion cubic kilometres). Is it not very interesting to note that this humongous space of the universe excludes the very third heaven abode of Divine Majesty? The minutest of evil, the size of the least of the fraction of an office pin poke cannot find its containerising incursion into the Holy One of Israel.

The awesomeness of HIS presence to Moses’ ocular experience

It is quite germane to quote Scriptures to betoken theological didacticism. Isaiah 7:14-15 reads “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. 15) Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.” Immanuel is the exact image of the Most High, God the Father (John 1:14; John 1:18; John 12:45; John 14:9; John 14:10; John 15:24; 2Cor.4:4; Phil 2:6; Col 1:15; Heb 1:3). Immanuel, that is, God, deeming it fit to make man His habitation, prophet Isaiah prophesied, will refuse to do evil. The word ‘refuse’ is ma’ac (maw-as’): ‘1. to spurn. 2. (intransitively) to disappear.’ The ‘evil’ in this verse is the same Hebrew word ra` (rah) adjרָעָהra`ah (raw-awh’), a feminine noun used in every ‘evil’ found in all the verses given, meaning: ‘1. bad. 2. (as noun) evil (natural or moral).’

The LORD God visited Abraham

Numbers 32:13 “And the LORD’S anger was kindled against Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until all the generation, that had done evil in the sight of the LORD, was consumed.”  God told them somewhere in Scripture which has the Peterine quoting of “Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy” (1Peter 1:16). The word ‘holy’, hagios (hag’-ee-os), has its origin from hagos (an awful thing) and it means: ‘most holy thing, a saint, sacred (physically pure, morally blameless or religious, ceremonially consecrated).’ Jehovah is sacredly different from other gods and their goddesses counterparts, whose final destination is hell. Again in Deuteronomy 1:35, the holy God’s anger against intolerable evil is, “Surely there shall not one of these men of this evil generation see that good land, which I sware to give unto your fathers,” which resulted in the annihilation of about two million Israelites, in the wilderness. God gave His covenant word of preserving Abraham’s seeds (Genesis 17:7) but He is too holy to compromise.

IS THE LORD GOD THE AUTHOR OF MORAL EVIL? (five)

(Continued from part four…)

5)            Pivotal to being subjected to a secured incarceration in the gaol of philosophy, is the inebrious sting with subjectivism. Defined by the Oxford Dictionary, subjectivism is: ‘doctrine that all knowledge is subjective only and incapable of proof.’ By faith alone, it is understood, man is made to appreciate theological truths. For we walk by faith, not by sight” (2Cor. 5:7) where the word ‘sight’ is eidos (ei`-dos) ‘a view, i.e. form;’ it comes from the root: eido (ei’-do) ‘1. (properly) to see 2. (by implication, in the perfect tense only) to know.’ Eido is an experiential knowledge. Philosophy is known to be very deficient in solving problems: for it keeps the question hanging. Another philosophy is thrown into your logical reasoning before you smell the mental fraud.

Desiderius Erasmus

Desiderius Erasmus (1466-1536), Immanuel Kant (1724-1804), Soren Kierkegaard (1813-1855), Paul Tillich (1886-1965) and Karl Barth (1886-1968), all hid under the cloak of Christianity to teach Humanism and doctrines of existentialism. They were not Christians. Not at all! They could not speak the mind of Jehovah simply because they operated quite independent of the Logos, Jesus Christ, even the express Word of God.

I cannot understand how God could author moral evil and not be guilty as well. What kind of Being will God be, if for instance He should plan and orchestrate the sinful fall of Adam and his wife and made the soteriological arrangements to go alongside it? He most certainly will be the giddiest of all in existence. Why would He toy with innocent lives? I can hear a statement like, “Well, He is God Almighty.” Then the concluding rhetoric, “Who can challenge Him if He should decide to do just that (sin)?”

Søren Kierkegaard

Is God like a man? They simply do not know the kind of Person, Jehovah, the God of the Bible is. He is Love. In absolute readiness to shower all pleasantness to all of His creations is His divine volition. He is the true Light. Full of knowledge and grace. Jehovah is full of goodness and to an overflowing ineffableness. The LORD God is absolutely faultless –the ultimate perfection of goodness from eternity to eternal existence. Amen.

Who, ergo, is the author of moral evil? The answer is quite simple on account of the factuality that fatalism stems from Satanism, which happens to be antithetical to the sound theological message. John 8:44, “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” The Greek word for ‘murderer’ is anthrōpoktonos (anth-ro-pok-ton’-os): ‘a manslayer.’ The Greek for ‘abode’ is histemi (his’-tay-mee): ‘to stand’. What is ‘truth’? It is alētheia (al-ay’-thi-a): ‘truth, (figuratively) reality. The word ‘own’ is idios (id’-ee-os): ‘1. pertaining to self, i.e. one’s own 2. (by implication) private or separate.’

Emmanuel Kant

As the father of lies, Satan is the author of it. It is not God who created lies. To prove that God has no hand in the fatalism of the determinism known of the Devil’s proclivity, Jesus employed the qualifying adjective of ‘own’ to describe Satan’s unholy utterance of lies. Lying is a private act, separate from God’s intention. The lying tongue has left the spiritual vicinity of God’s oracular afflatus. The ‘reality’ definition of Alētheia is a proof that God is not the author of moral evil. Moral evil is alien and unreal to God, the Author of creationism. Satan, not God, is the murderer.

Romans 3:4 “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.” From this verse, the word ‘liar,’ pseustēs (psyoos-tace’) means: ‘one who breaks faith, a false and faithless man, a falsifier.’  Its origin comes from pseudomai (psyoo’-dom-ahee): ‘to lie, to speak deliberate falsehoods, to deceive one by a lie, to lie to.’ And the word ‘justified’? It is dikaioo (dik-ai-oh’-o): ‘1. to render (i.e. show or regard as) just or innocent. Dikaioo comes from the root word, dikaios (dik’-ai-os) ‘1. equitable (in character or act) 2. (by implication) innocent, holy {absolutely or relatively}.’

Who must be ‘justified’? Is it not the ultimate Judge, the Almighty Jehovah? His judgment, no matter the severity of it, makes Him holy, not because He authors it; but simply because of His inculpability in the scrofulous existential crisis of the Adamic nature. What am I trying to say? His guiltlessness does not derive from the fact of the phenomenal gargantuanism of the Almightiness of His posture, it is simply because of His inculpability; it is in fact of the sinfulness that characterises His Holiness, from eternity past to that of the future. Amen! Every man, according to Romans 3:4, may decide to live in the abjection of an existence quite contrary to Paradisaical flawlessness of creationism, but the actuality of the persona of His Divinity demands an absolute irreproachability. Amen! Is the LORD God the Author of moral evil? Selah!
