THE DESTINATION OF YOUR DESTINY (I)

Does everything eventually not boil down to a simple faith in God? Yes, it does. So, if Satan could not stop Adam from giving birth to the saints of the antediluvian, he cannot derail the destiny to your glorious destination. It is all up to you. The only key to your satanic conquest is the name of the LORD God. Adam taught this name to his offspring. He also taught them the way of the LORD God; and by the time his son, Seth begat Enos, the people of Adam began to call in the name of the LORD. AMEN! Seth means ‘put, set or appointed’. He lived up to his name; and if we would just wield our faith well enough and with patience, we are certainly put out, set and appointed for great things. Enos means ‘man, mankind, human being’, parallel to âdâm i.e. living soul. Are you a living entity and the terra firma is your abode, then, the Entity called the LORD God has put, set and appointed Himself as your destiny to ensure the glorification of the success of your destination.

 

The longest lived man in the recorded Bible history is Methuselah, an antediluvian saint of the LORD God. His name means ‘man of the dart (or javelin)’. Methuselah made the LORD his destiny, hence, was able to wield the javelin of faith unlike Cain, his much older antediluvian miscreant. Cain means ‘javelin’; a tool of defence. Cain turned against his household and defended the falsehood of Satan. For the fact that Methuselah made it to a good destination in that he saw Noah, his grandson, I will live to witness glorious days of my life: all I need is to wield the javelin of faith against the evil spirit of untimely death. His father, Enoch means ‘rest’. Jehovah, the LORD of Sabbath, is the rest of His sworn children. Those who fail not to use faith are like Methuselah whose stance produced Lamech. Lamech means ‘destruction or destroyer’. Your children, by the faith that justifies their walk with God, like Enoch did, will empower them to ward off evil from your household. They, like the song of the psalmist, “…shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate” (Psalm 127:3-5). The warding off of evil brings the much desired rest, which Enoch stood for all because Jesus is their destiny. Amen! For plying the destiny of the LORD God, Methuselah did not drown in the great deluge. He died just before the aqueous anger of God poured like never before!

      The word ‘destiny’ is not found in the Bible; and when I say Bible, I mean the KJV. An implication of it is represented though in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life no man…….” The word ‘way’ is hodos: ‘path, road, by implication destiny’. Jesus is the only path to the perfection of good destination of success! This is the reason why I do not discuss destiny the way the academic human understanding sees it.

“Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:” [Gen 12:1]. Abram had an invitation to walk with the LORD the same way Enoch walked with Him. ‘Walk’, in Hebrew, is hâlak (haw-lak’) ‘to go, walk, come, depart, proceed, move, go away, to die, live, manner of life (figuratively)’. Your lifestyle must, as a matter of fact, mirror that of Jesus. To make Jesus your destiny, God should trust you just as He testified and said of Abraham in Genesis 18:19, “For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him”; and in Genesis 22:12, “…for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me”. Without faith it is impossible to have Jesus as your destiny. The word of God testifies in James 2:23, “And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God”. The word ‘imputed’ in the Greek is logizomai (log-id’-zom-ai): ‘to take an inventory, i.e. estimate {literally or figuratively}’. God saw the faith of Abraham and by HIS estimation Abraham was a righteous one, all because Abraham believed the word of God and obeyed it.

   After a lingering gruesome experience of Job, he triumph over his trials. Your days of harrowing times will be over. Believe in the One who calls Himself your destiny. Job made a specific reference to Him in his asseveration of, “For I know that my redeemer liveth:” in Job 19:25. Are you on trials? Borrow a word of faith from Job, who said, “But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold” [Job 23:10]. Job did come forth as gold. He was the richest in the East before his vicissitudinous ordeal. After his affliction, “And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before” (Job 42:10). ‘Turned’ is shuwb (shoob): 1. to turn back (hence, away) transitively or intransitively, literally or figuratively (not necessarily with the idea of return to the starting point) 2. (generally) to retreat 3. (often adverbially) again. The word ‘captivity’ is shbuwth (sheb-ooth’) (or shbiyth {sheb-eeth’}) 1. Exile 2. (concretely) prisoners 3. (figuratively) a former state of prosperity. This means that if Job got back his lost prosperity, becoming the richest man on earth in his days, you too will outtower these unpalatable, prevailing circumstances, and God will take all the glory.                           (…to be concluded…)

 

Jehovah and Lucifer (any rapport?) 2.

   (…continued from part 1)                                                                                                                                    Job continued, unlike Satan, to have rapport with the Creator just as our pristine parents used to have with Him at the beginning of their creation, before the fall. Satan, who had lost his perfection, could never see eye to eye with God. Job was ‘perfect’; the Hebrew word is tam (tawm): ‘morally innocent, having integrity, one who is morally and ethically pure complete; usually (morally) pious; specifically gentle, dear’.

                The next word, ‘upright’, yashar (yaw-shawr’) means: ‘straight (literally or figuratively): fitting, proper pleasing’. ‘Feareth’ is yare’ (yaw-ray’): ‘morally reverent’. ‘Escheweth’ is śur (soor): ‘avoid; to turn off (literally or figuratively)’; while ‘evil’ is ra‛ or ra‛ah (rah): ‘bad, malignant or (as noun) evil (naturally or morally). ‘Holdeth fast’ is chazaq (khaw-zak’) ‘to fasten upon; hence to seize, be strong (figuratively courageous, causatively strengthen, cure, help, repair, fortify), obstinate’. Job holdeth fast when it comes to ‘integrity’ which in Hebrew is tummah (toom-maw’): ‘innocence’. How can a horrendously guilty Lucifer stand before a three times holy Jehovah?

To prove clearly that God and Satan are on different introspectional pages, we hear God saying, “although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause”. ‘Movedst’, suth (sooth) means: ‘to prick, that is, (figuratively) stimulate; by implication to seduce, to incite (to a request), to instigate (bad sense)’. The Devil’s divergent dream is to have God to do one thing to Job: ‘destroy’, bala‛ (beh’-lah): ‘to engulf, to make away with (specifically by swallowing)’. Satan is bent on his intention, as God puts it, ‘without cause’ chinnam (khin-nawm’): ‘gratis, that is, devoid of cost, reason’.

Who sent Moses to free the Israelites? Jehovah did. Why was Pharaoh hardhearted? The answer is in the last part of Exodus 12:12 “For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I [am] the LORD”. The demonic gods of Egypt, no doubt included the Nimrodic trinity of Osiris, Isis and Horus. Pharaoh idolatrous dependence had no rapport with the Mosaic oracular afflatus. Jehovah God had to remove them to ease His children’s passage.

John 13:2, “And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s [son], to betray him;” but Jesus’ pronouncement, found in Matthew 26:24, “The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born”; is contrary to the Devil’s design, and unshrouds the falsehood of any rapport between Jehovah and Lucifer.

Where is the rapport between them when the holy writ clearly couches, “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? v15. And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? v16. And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. v17. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, v18. And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty” (2Corinthians 6:14-18). There is no rapport. Satan is bound for hell while God sits eternally in blissful paradise.

You can decide to enter into a rapport with God today by saying this prayer of salvation, with all your heart, and be born again. Say, “Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”  (Concluded)

Jehovah and Lucifer (any rapport?) 1.

That God does good things and all things well is a truism. Jehovah decided to place His virtues inside mankind for an external projection of His thoughts. The good things an individual embarks upon are actually the Divine deposits. A doer of good scriptural recommendations is dutifully hoisting the banner of Divine love over creation.

At his creation Lucifer was an angel of good representation of Divine will up until the devilish occurrence that made God to say, from the prophetic lips of Ezekiel, “Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee” (Ezekiel 28:15). The word ‘perfect’ is tamiym (taw-meem’) ‘1. (literally, figuratively or morally) entire 2. (also, as noun) integrity, truth’. Tamiym comes from tamam (taw-mam’) ‘to complete, in a good or a bad sense, literal, or figurative’.

‘Iniquity’ is ‛evel (eh’-vel) in Hebrew, which means: ‘injustice, unrighteousness, (moral) evil. Èvel comes from ‛aval (aw-val’): ‘to act wrongfully or unjustly, deviate from, to distort (morally)’. The only way that I know an intelligent being can and will distort, behave immorally, deviate from or do evil to God is by going against His express Word. We sin against God simply by disobeying His word of command. There was absolutely nothing in the Eden fruit of the knowledge of good and evil per se. It is the act of the disobedient eating of it that has brought this calamity of phenomenal sinfulness. Lucifer is a user of words in opposition to God’s Logos. That makes him God’s number one enemy.

This archangel decided against sporting an appreciative spirit of his exalted position ordained by Christ, his Creator. He began, in an attenuation of God’s word, to see himself on a throne where he receives worship and in turn stretches his hand of beneficence, which is contrary to the written word of Romans 11:36, “For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen”. Lucifer cannot safely say, “…that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him” of John 10:38, simply because he is not on the same spiritual page as the Father. Based on this grounds, Lucifer has no qualification to say, “I and the Father are one” (John 10:30). The good God warned us, “But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die” (Genesis 2:17).

The dissenting words of the adversary is quoted thus, “And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:” [Genesis 3:4]. This he brought forth in an advertorial stunt to propagate his new cosmic order. The woman did not understand that the surreptitious motto behind the addendum, ‘not’, of Genesis 2:17 was “I’ve come to steal, kill & destroy”. If Adam’s wife did not succumb to Lucifer there was no way he could have acquired for himself, a spiritual superintendency on earth. He needed to get his right of global dominance from the original Adamic couple. Extreme deftness! Man’s fall created an idolatrous god, in Satan, on earth. The enemy got his sole desire i.e. to receive worship from man. When he successfully won a very massive third of the angelic host, it was a cruel attempt to treat the throne of God with contempt. The evil attempt threw him into disgrace. The earthly beings who followed him became doomed demons. Adamic adherents of Satan who gave him a parallel kingdom are equally hell bound.

Satan was indicted in the Book of Job chapter 2 verse 3 “And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause”. The last clause proves that God and Lucifer have absolutely nothing in common. What are Job’s credentials? Perfect, upright, feareth God and escheweth evil: four is the number of creation. JESUS THE CHRIST (2)

                    Isaiah 53:5, “He was wounded for our transgressions”.

Jesus as a man: grew up – Luke 1:80; had brothers and sisters – Matthew 13:56; was a carpenter in Mark 6:3; needed food – Mark 11:12; was thirsty in John 19:28; did fall asleep, Matthew 8:24 and wept in John 11:35 but unlike every other man He did not commit one sinful act, 2Corinthians 5:21. As the Christ, Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth and the life”, John 14:6; “I am the resurrection”, John 11:25; “All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers”, John 10:8; “I go to prepare a place for you” John 14:2; “And I give unto them eternal life and they shall never perish”, John 10:28; “I and my Father are one”, John 10:30, the word ‘are’ esmen, in Greek means ‘substance’ a neuter gender, thus implying that the Father and the Son are of the same essence. Put all His assertions together and the aggregation simply says, “Jesus is God”.

When Jesus said, “…my Father is greater than I” in John 10:28, the ‘I’ refers to His humanity and when He declared,”My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all;” He meant all created beings (including Jesus, who was formed inside the womb of Mary). Can any angel claim to be greater than God’s temple, Matthew 12:6? Only God can so declare! Jesus had His beginning in Mary’s womb, to be born into this world. Christ was not born; He said in John 8:58, “Before Abraham was, I am.” ‘I am’ is ego eime, in the Greek, meaning, ‘I exist’ which in Hebrew is the same as Jehovah! “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” ‘Beginning’ is actually eternal past (where none of creationism did exist). ‘Word’ is Logos, the only Divine connectivity. ‘With’ is pros, meaning a certain proximity none ever had with the Eternal Father. ‘Word was God’ means the Word was of the same essence as God (John 10:30), not an indefinite but as in the Greek theos, a definite God. This is Christ.

Christ is of Hebrew origin. It is called in the Hebrew: mashiyach (maw-shee’-akh) meaning, ‘1. Anointed 2. usually a consecrated person (as a king, priest, or saint) 3. (specifically) the Messiah, the Anointed One.’ The Greek calls it Christos (khris-tos’) ‘1. (literally) Anointed 2. (transliterated) “Christ” 3. (properly) the Messiah, the Anointed One of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob 4. (by function) the (kinsman) Redeemer, the Saviour 5. (by identity) Jesus, Yeshua.’

Who can be the saviour of man if not God Himself: 2Samuel 22:3; Isaiah 43:3, 11, 45:15, 49:26; Luke 1:47, 2:11; John 4:42; Acts 13:23; 1Timothy 1:1 & 1Peter 3:18 to mention a few. There is no doubt in my mind that if Mohammad knew the true meaning of Messiah, he would never have attributed it to Jesus, eleven times, in the Islamic Qur’an. Moslems believe and teach that Allah is the only saviour (and it can never be this Jesus whom they call Issa). The Messiah and the ‘Holy One of Israel’ (Psalm 78:41) are of the one and the same Personage: a conundrum. God hides Himself (Isaiah 45:15). What does it betoken what Jesus told them in John 10:38. “…the Father is in me, and I in him”? Christ is the unseen Father of light, with whom is no variableness neither shadow of turning (James 1:17). Inside Jesus, the man, our Christ is hidden, thus Jesus is the very God of very God!

When they found out His true identity on the mount of the transfiguration, the Bible says that Jesus forbid them to, “Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead”, in Matthew 17:1-9. He, the expected Christ, was hiding in the known Yehoshua, the first born of Mary. What they saw was Jesus, a mere son of carpenter Joseph. The things He performed should have jolted them to see clearly. Jesus the Christ hid Himself expecting to be apprehended via the vehicular stance of faith. Is it not by faith alone a man may come to God?

Jesus, the man, was Adam all over again, to right the wrongs of the first and sinful pristine paternity, whose disobedience served us the death sentence (Romans 5:4; 1Corinthians 15:22). Satan, the Devil became the god of this world after the fall. To reverse this oddity, God decided to come in the similitude of the second man (for a created being could not face Lucifer [the first created intelligent being] in any form of duel) to undo man’s fatal error (1Corinthians 15:45). The second man alone could destroy the evil planting and deceitful ploys of the old serpent because of Who He is, 1Corinthians 15:47. “Verily, verily I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am”, John 8:58. ‘Verily’ in the Greek is amen (am-ayn’) Heb. origin. ‘1. (properly) firm 2. (figuratively) trustworthy 3. (adverbially) surely 4. (often as interjection) so be it’. The Bible clearly tells us that Jesus is Amen, Revelation 3:14. ‘Verily’, uttered twice, enforces the indubitableness of the claim. ‘Before Abraham was’ speaks of time, the auxiliary ‘was’ is ginomai (ghin’-om-ai) 1. to cause to be (“gen”-erate) 2. (reflexively) to become (come into being)’. The ‘am’, which is not an inflection of the auxiliary ‘be’ is: eimi (ei-mee’): ‘I exist {used only when emphatic}’. When God told Moses His name, He said, “I AM” and the Septuagint renders it “Ego Eimi”, just as we see in John 8:58. Christ already existed before creationism, verily, verily, truly, truly, Jesus, Jesus. AMEN! (Concluded)

JESUS THE CHRIST (1)

              This is the same FINGER that wrote the TEN COMMANDMENTS

Jesus the Christ is both a man and of Deity. Isaiah 9:6 captures the true nature of HIM as it reads in part, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder…” His name or rather titles testifies to the dualism of this One, the most enigmatic Personage to tread upon the surface of the earth. The word child in Isaiah is yeled while son is ben.

Yeled (yeh’-led): something born, i.e. a lad or offspring (it comes from yalad (yaw-lad’) to bear young). Ben (bane) means: ‘a son (as a builder of the family name), in the widest sense (of literal and figurative relationship, including grandson, subject, nation, quality or condition’. As a child, born of a woman, His mother called Him Jesus. Jesus is the Anglicized name for the Hebrew Yhowshuwa or Yehoshua, which is the same as Joshua. He was not the first to bear this name. The second Jewish leader, who actually marched them into God’s promised Canaan, was called Yehoshua, who was originally called Oshea in Numbers 13:8. Joshua’s emergence typifies the phasing out of Mosaic legalism to make way for the liberty brought in by the expected Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen! Yhowshuwa (yeh-ho-shoo’-ah) (or Yhowshua {yeh-ho-shoo’-ah}) means: Jehovah-saved.

As a child He began His life from the womb of the virgin Mary. This is His humanity. He is shrouded in the man called Yehoshua, the name given Him as a partaker of the human race. Jesus is the toga He wore to manifest in our world, to carry out the Messianic mission to salvage the citizens of heaven. He grew up like any other being of the stock of the earth. Without the flesh of man He would not have been authorized to lead mankind out of the sinful nature. As Jesus went through conception, gestation and an eventual parturition He partook of flesh.

The Son is given, not born. The Son is eternal, hence cannot be conceived. Is it from eternity past or from eternity to come will any conceive the eternal One? “The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was” (Proverbs 8:22, 23). The language here, in Proverbs, is of a picture of two people growing up together. We know that God did not go through an evolutionary development, therefore the Son or Christ is eternal as verse 23 informs us. Inside the child conceived in Mary’s womb was the Eternal One: the greatest miracle, in that, God became a man! This is the Incarnation.

The Incarnation teaches the doctrine of the hypostatic union. The first time I heard this from the tutoring lips of Reverend Chris Okotie, I went “Wow!” Hypostatic union means that Jesus Christ was one hundred percent God and one hundred percent man. Incredulous! Ponderous! Only God can perfect such a feat. Amen. I know that every scientific composition will end up with 60%:40%; 85%:15%; 99%:1% each adding up to 100% and never coming to less than or more than 100%. This spiritual composition is a bewilderment to science.

 

The Incarnation of the LORD God

Science cannot explain God. It is too weak and bankrupt of knowledge seek out God. Science is merely a utility in creationism, employed to aid workability. It is, itself, lifeless. Did science create or discover homosexuality? No, it was borne out of man’s thinking capability. Did science teach perverts the act of being pedophiliac? Man’s mind strayed therein. Science had always developed armaments since the antediluvian age, but do we not know that the onus of its success lies in the hand of the wielder of the weapon, all these millennia? The wielder’s mastery comes from within the warrior. Man’s mastery over circumstances is engendered by one of two forces: good (God) or evil (Devil). Any religion that do not accept the Lordship of Jesus is founded on a tampered mind fueled by the darkened wisdom of Lucifer, the Devil. Lucifer is a destroyer, hence, his hatred for the Truth, Way and Life (Jesus), and has done all the brainwashing to veer man off the righteousness of God. This is why too many people do not believe in the Truth. It is not science that alienates man from God, it is the devil, the fallen Lucifer.

God, the Good Force, gave David victory over a foremost war veteran, Goliath. Juxtapose Solomon’s wisdom side by side that of Socrates together with the host of Greek philosophers and what hits your sight and judgment is the fact that while Solomon displayed pure unrivalled wisdom, Socratic stand is so speculative and leaves you sometimes more confused. Samson demonstrated a sheer uncanny strength, the Greek Hercules did but does a truly documented history agree with it? People believe fairy tale fallacies so readily but not the truth of the Divinity. (…to be concluded…)

It is clear that Olumba Olumba Obu, who declared himself to be the Holy Spirit, is dead. His son and successor, Roland Obu, who or what is he? The Christ or God the Father? Roland Obu challenged any Church leader to put his power in his name. He thundered, “But I want to tell you that when anyone is in trouble and calls O. O. O.!!! I’ll be there to answer the call!”

 

The logo that distinguishes the Celestial Church of Christ includes (i) the crown and the cross (quite cultic) (ii) the rainbow & (iii) an eye. Does God the Father, the Holy Spirit or Christ have only one eye? This is definitely the Illuminati/Freemasonry eye of Horus.

The Cherubim & Seraphim Church members will chant “ERI!”, meaning ‘proof’. Their own proof of God’s presence among them is, guess what? The replica of the Israelite Ark of covenant! When it is on display, a throng of members chant “Eri” in procession. How can the Old Testament Ark of Covenant be the proof of God’s Divine presence in this in New Testamentary days of the Church? Is the heart of the born again Christian not the auditorium where the Holy Spirit meets with the children of God?

And that of Roman Catholic? Too many are the atrocities of Catholicism. So many are the adherents of this church, unfortunately! It is for these reasons I call the Roman Catholic Church the biggest religious fraud on earth (the truth must be told)! Check their Mary out. The Pope (Francis) promised unbelievers that God has a way to take them to heaven regardless of their spiritual state, whether they are Buddhists, Muslims, Hindustanis, gays or atheists. No true child of God, especially a head of the most populous Church should utter that (Trust me on this)!

Charles Taze Russell of the Jehovah’s Witness and his successors have consistently used the Bible to prophesy so very falsely for centuries. Below are some of their prophetic utterances spanning so many decades and their dates to prove that Russell, its founder is not an ambassador of Christ.

1877 ‘The End Of This World; that is the end of the gospel and the beginning of the millennial age is nearer than most men suppose; indeed we have already entered the transition period, which is to be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation Dan. 12:3.” (N.H. Barbour and C.T. Russell, Three Worlds, and the Harvest of This World, p. 17).

  Lucis Trust (perhaps, in my view, her biggest contribution towards Satanism) was established in 1922 as Lucifer Trust by Alice Bailey as the publishing company to disseminate the books of Bailey and Blavatsky and the Theosophical Society. The Lucis Trust is the Publishing House which prints and disseminates United Nations material. It is a devastating indictment of the New Age and Pagan nature of the UN. The title page of Alice Bailey’s book, ‘Initiation, Human and Solar’ was originally printed in 1922, and clearly shows the publishing house as ‘Lucifer Publishing CoIn 1923.’ Bailey changed the name to Lucis Trust, because Lucifer Trust revealed the true nature of the New Age Movement too clearly. (Constance Cumbey, The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow, p. 49). A quick trip to any New Age bookstore will reveal that many of the hard-core New Age books are published by Lucis Trust.

‘Great Invocation’ is a mantra given in 1937 by Bailey. The mantra begins with, “From the point of Light within the Mind of God, let light stream forth into the minds of men…” with the rest of the passage expressing the ideas of love, the return of Christ, and of men acting in accordance with the plan of God. It is well known by some followers of the New Age movement, where it is widely used, as part of meditation, particularly in groups. For instance, the invocation has been used in the Findhorn Foundation community since the 1970s. In response to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the Great Invocation was used as a central element of a new daily program at Findhorn known as the “Network of Light meditations for peace”. Rosemary Keller described the Great Invocation as a call for “the Christ to return to Earth” and wrote that Bailey-related groups purchased radio and television time to broadcast the invocation as part of their mission, and that often the invocation was recited in what Keller called “light groups”, to accomplish what Bailey’s disciples considered to be attracting and focusing “spiritual energies to benefit the planet”.

                Alice Bailey’s writings have a theme that generally advocates replacement of the old with the new and this occurs in connection with the Great Invocation as follows: “This new Invocation, if given widespread distribution, can be to the new world religion what the Lord’s Prayer has been to Christianity and the 23rd Psalm has been to the spiritually minded Jew.” Criticism Researcher Hannah Newman described what she found to be an antisemitic element in the Great Invocation. According to Newman, “the Plan” named in the invocation refers to the plan authored by “the Hierarchy,” that Newman states places “high priority on removing all Jewish presence and influence from human consciousness, a goal to be achieved by eliminating Judaism.”

 

 

  Alice Bailey

 

Alice taught that young people should be given freedom to engage in premarital sex. “Let them have free sex, lift it so high that the joy of enjoying it (sex) is the highest joy in life, fantasize it, that everybody will feel proud to be seen to be sexually active, even those outside of marriage”. This is contrary to the word of God which says “… But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints….” (Ephesians 5:3-5)

*Use advertising industry, media – T.V., magazines, film industry to promote sexual enjoyment as the highest pleasure in humanity was her sermon. Pastor Ogbueli asked, “Have they succeeded? Have they done it? If you want to see whether they have succeeded or not, go to the advertising industry, it does everything to catch your attention and today almost no advert comes out without a sexual connotation. Even when they advertise ice cream, they must show you a thigh of a woman and a bikini, they must do something to set off a trail of thoughts. They will show you more thighs than ice cream. Why? Because, that is what must be in the minds of the people.

N.B. Advertising industry pops out so much money towards their advertisements to the T.V. and radio. Bailey asked for the building of clinics for abortion – Health clinics in schools. If people are going to enjoy the joy of sexual relationships, they need to be free of unnecessary fears, in other words they should not be hampered with unwanted pregnancies. ‘Abortion as told by Christians is oppressive and denies our rights, we have a right to choose whether we want to have a child or not. If a woman does not want the pregnancy, she should have the freedom to get rid of that pregnancy painless and as easy as possible’. Today it is not only accessible, it is forced. Today abortion is a strategy to curb population control together with the use of condoms and ‘pill’.

                Alice Bailey preached that sexual enjoyment is the highest pleasure in humanity, no one must be denied and no one must be restricted how to enjoy themselves. People should be allowed in whichever way they chose they want, whether it is homosexuality or in incest or bestiality, as long as the two agree. In the world today so many laws have been made that promote homosexuality and give so much freedom to gay rights, that a time will come when it is illegal for a preacher to mention homosexuality as an abomination in the eyes of God, or to read scriptures publicly that talk about homosexuality. At the International scene, Western nations now sanction African countries that have resisted homosexuality, with threats of withdrawing foreign aid and investments. Today many churches marry gays/lesbians and ordain gay priests. The protocol, corpus of Divine revelation i.e. the Bible, on gay issue clearly decrees, “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination” in (Leviticus 18:22). It also states categorically, “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them” (Leviticus 20:13).

 

 

 

You will do yourself a great service, having understood Pastor Ogbueli post, to ask yourself why God will choose a conflagrative mode of judgment upon two twin cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. It was a calculated effort because God rained not only ‘fire’, the Hebrew word of which is esh (ay-sh), but also ‘brimstone’ gophrıyth (gof-reeth’): ‘cypress resin; by analogy sulphur (as equally inflammable)’. Good thing it is, to go panting after wisdom for an enabling meek spirit required to be a Pauline ambassador for Christ (2Corinthians 5:20). Joseph, with the words, “…because thou art his wife: how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?” [Genesis 39:9], refused the ambassadorial post of Satan in Egypt. His refusal made him an ambassador for Christ. Amen.
