WHY WILL GOD ALLOW CERTAIN THINGS? (part two)

(Continues from the 1st part)
Imagine what a slap –not to mention a more devastating punch– from God will do. God, as we have in Psalm 139:7-12, Proverbs 15:3 & Jeremiah 16:17, teach His ever-presence at all times in everywhere in the entire universe, on land and in the innermost part of every palpability of objects of human treading and navigation. Psalm 139:7-8, “Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? (8) If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there”. Isaiah 46:9-10 and Proverbs 15:11 do shed light on His omniscience. “…I am God, and there is none like me, (10) Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure” (Isaiah 9-10). “Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world” (Acts 15:18). And to cap it all is His foreknowledge of:
(i) Contingencies: 1Samuel 23:10-12
(ii) Future events: “Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them” (Isaiah 42:9); Jeremiah 1:5; Acts 2:23.
(iii) Human needs: Matthew 6:8
(iv) The Day of Judgment: Mark 13:32
(v) The redeemed: “For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren” (Romans 8:29). See also, Romans 11:2 & 1Peter 1:2.

El Shaddai

Is God a good Person as Matthew 7:11 asks? “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” Matthew 19:17, “And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments”. There is no evil in Him: Psalm 34:16, “The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth;” read also Jeremiah 44:11; Amos 5:14 & 9:4. If God is good and has all these incomprehensible power to deal with all circumstances, then He knows why He did, and why He allowed what. When we get to heaven (make sure you’re born again before you die) He will explain all things to us, surely.

Lucifer, the dark angel and his demons

It is wrong to colour God’s actions. You will be delivering Lucifer’s message thereby. Lucifer would not be allowed to be Masonically generative in the heavenly assizes, and would not be permitted to step into an unauthorized position. He flared up. Lucifer missioned himself to set mankind against the will of God. Many have fallen into his trap, turning themselves against the thrice holy God. In Genesis 6:5, it is said of Satan’s achievement: “And GOD saw that the wickedness of man [was] great in the earth, and [that] every imagination of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually.” So he has succeeded in making those who think they are wise enough to believe that they can teach God what to do.

Could demons look thus?

The first living beings God created were endued with intelligence. Angelic beings know why they were made. In a most befitting sanitary holiness, these magnificent ones were brought into creation to beseem the sacrosanct ambience of the celestial abode of the thrice holy Jehovah. God did not decide to create robots for a good reason. He (God) needed intelligent ones who would, from a cognitive dispositions, make decisions from a desiderative mind, which is totally committed to the worship of the truly Most High and who alone deserves all honour, glory and power!

Any created being who infringes on an inviolable code should be intelligent enough to understand the implications of taking steps in an audacious contempt of the heavenly assizes. Had God any other choice but to sentence Lucifer and his co-putsch plotting scoundrels into eternal damnation? I believe not! The beings of the earth at the fall of Lucifer followed the Devil, were stripped of their bodies, and they became the disembodied spirits: demons. I have here, the link to my five-part post: “DEMONISM,” to enable an understanding of the origin of demons: https://hoojewale.wordpress.com/2016/04/30/demonism-part-one …

God allowed Satan to dwell on his heinous desires, concoct the machinations, scout for unholy votaries, and the unfortunate execution of the evil intention, so that He would prove to Lucifer how great Jehovah truly is. God wanted to show him that all the unbelievable praises in the worship of Him, all of which had tumbled from his angelic lips, were absolutely true! Satan gambled and, inevitably, he lost. Amen.

Lucifer, you were so full of pride, which goes ere falls of great entities, and again you failed to sprawl in absolute submissiveness before the LORD GOD. Faith in God would have enabled you to have explored a hitherto unknown merciful nature of Him, who sits on the everlasting throne. You gambled pridefully. The truth is: if you had to gamble you should have brought faith, according to His Word, on the table of stake.

Angels married the daughters of men

The first thing Lucifer lost was his sense. His sense of reasoning got impaired. God, the Creator, is the first to establish the sense of reasoning. All forms of reasoning must conform to His Logos. Why? He is the Almighty! All-knowing! All-over! Only from Him does true wisdom flow. An impaired wisdom requires correction. A wielder of wrong notion is very circumspect, suspecting every correction and the communicator of it; believing an attempt to rob him of his ‘treasured’ understanding. Lucifer, hence, would not approach the High and Lofty Jehovah with his problem. He was lost forever!

The evil in him posed, “Why should I be the only one to lose?” And in his satanic resolve, “I’ll inflict this evil on every living entity”. He raised the first ever insurrection: in heaven. This attempt cost him his estate (Jude 1:6). He had lost forever: his leadership role of the celestial praise and worship, his ‘light bearing’ office and his archangel leadership. Too much to lose when opposed to the Creator! When the spirit of defiance leads you to a loss, and you decide to continue to wage the war of defiance, this is a fully blown danger of self-destruction. Lucifer became the most dangerous being in the universe. His ability to cajole the third of the mammoth population of the heavenly host evinced the parlous and perilous stance of his existence among unwary men. And by the time this great angel had taught the beings of this earth his ways -at the time of his fall from heaven- they became foul demons (read my post DEMONISM https://hoojewale.wordpress.com/2016/04/30/demonism-part-one …).

Man_Made_in_the_Image_of_God_crop-700x475

He beguiled Adam’s wife who made her husband to display an egregious stupidity which has turned men into querulous beings of criticism who are asking questions like, “Is there really a Creator, and do we need one at all?” The Hindustan’s is “Are you sure there’s no rapport between God and Satan, hence, good partners?” How can there be hell!?” When man lost his sense through Lucifer’s incursion, he also lost the Light of knowledge which in turn severed him from the true worship of Jehovah. Severance from the Almighty makes one hell bound. Cain lost out because he followed Lucifer. Knowing fully well that man was made to be a worshipper, Satan pointed out the sun to replace the True Light so as to make up for the sacerdotal vacuum which sin had created.

In the same vein, symbolism took over the given Word of God. Is it not the norm to see people flashing two fingers these days? If only they know what cultic symbolism that portrays. Two fingers of a hand is the compass. The two fingers of the other hand is the square. Intersect the two ‘v’ shaped fingers and you have an abstraction of the occult star of David. What does it mean to flash the compass and the square? It means that man is the sole architect of his own life, needing no God of the Bible!

God’s Unapproved Angelic Marriage to Daughters of Men Proved Disastrous

So it was very easy in Genesis chapter six for the girls of the Adamic race to fall in love with fallen angels resulting in an unholy alliance which gave birth to a freakish species of half-angel half-man beings; and this is what the ‘G’ in Masonic compass and square stands for: generative. Those giants were an act of obviation of the inevitable coming of the Messiah. Those giants would never go, neither would their offspring, to heaven, having in them the seed of a doomed fallen angel. The word ‘giants’ in Genesis 6:4 is nphiyl (nef-eel’) (or nphil {nef-eel’}) ‘(properly) a feller, i.e. a bully or tyrant.’ They were the tares that Lucifer planted. God would not be frustrated. He destroyed all of them in the great deluge. Why would God create what He cannot, or would not want to, or be able to tame, is the 64 billion dollars question.

They roamed the desert because they could not show faith

One important truth is that when the Bible is silent on an issue, it is quite unwise to give any exegesis on it. A proper study of the Bible does reveal a whole lot to feed man’s curiosity as it pertains to His ways or acts. Is He the Almighty, having a certain potency even science cannot compute? How powerful will a One who could, as Exodus 15:8 reveals, “And with the blast of thy nostrils the waters were gathered together…;” Job 4:9, “By the blast of God they perish, and by the breath of his nostrils are they consumed”; and also, “…and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked” (Isaiah 11:4) be?

SPIRIT RELEVANCE (Part Five)

depositphotos_8832098-stock-photo-shining-dove-with-rays-on

Is the Holy Spirit an inanimate entity?

“Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;” [Ephesians 3:5]. Definitely He had always, from eternity, been here. We know who enabled David to eavesdrop the Divine discourse of Psalms 110 as revealed in Mark 12:36, “For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool.” He gave spiritual utterances in Acts 2:4, “And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

The Spirit can be very forceful as it is dramatically presented in Luke 4:1, “And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness.” The same Holy Spirit, first introduced in Genesis, would, millennia later, speak through another prophet in Acts 21:11, “And when he was come unto us, he took Paul’s girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.”

Christ temptation desert

…and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness

If He speaks, then, His relevance is Divine. ‘Saith’ is the Greek legō (leg’-o): ‘A primary verb; properly to “lay” forth, that is, (figuratively) relate (in words [usually of systematic or set discourse; whereas [epō (ep’-o):to speak, say] and [phēmi (fay-mee’): to make known one’s thoughts, to declare] generally refer to an individual expression or speech respectively; while [rheō (hreh’-o): to pour forth, to utter] is properly to break silence merely, and (laleō (lal-eh’-o): to utter a voice or emit a sound; to speak] means an extended or random harangue]); by implication to mean.’ The Holy Spirit talks.

1Corinthians 12:3 “Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.” Spirit relevance! Acts 20:28 “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.” How can a mere wind make bucolic appointments? Selah.

Spirit of God 2

Will an inanimate breath be involved in these scriptural exercises below? Acts 13:4 reads, “So they, being sent forth by the Holy Ghost, departed unto Seleucia; and from thence they sailed to Cyprus.” Acts 13:9, “Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him,” and Acts 15:28, “For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;then this full and precise ecumenical control of His, displayed in Act 16:6,“Now when they had gone throughout Phrygia and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia.” He is not just a mere force; the Holy Spirit is an Intelligent Force of control. He is God.

Throughout the Apostolic age in the first century, none of the Bible writers of the New Testament ever gave any hint on nontrinitarianism (check the scriptures). According to Wikipedia documentation: “Nontrinitarianism was later renewed by Cathars in the 11th through 13th centuries, in the

Unitarian movement during the Protestant Reformation, in the Age of Enlightenment of the 18th century, and in some groups arising during the Second Great Awakening of the 19th century.” This truly captures God’s protocol, the Bible.

2-Corinthians-13-14-Grace-Love-And-Felllowship-blue-copy

If the Word of God is a Personage what stops His Spirit from being one? The Church must consist only of a new species of born again beings. The One (Holy Spirit) who brought Jesus into being must be the same to effect the holy, justifiably sanctified parturition, when anyone accepts to receive the Lordship of Jesus; so, He (Jesus) did the most necessary in John 20:22 “And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:” all because the relevance of the Holy Spirit is the divine consummation of the benediction in every assemblage.

This benediction receives attestation in 2Corinthians 13:14, “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.” In the Greek, the word ‘communion’ is koinōnia (koy-nohn-ee’-ah): ‘partnership, that is, (literally) participation, or (social) intercourse, or (pecuniary) benefaction.’ Quite reminiscent of what used to be obtained way back in Genesis chapter three when the Lord God walked into Eden to have fellowship with the first human couple.

The Spirit communion which was lost in the Garden must be restored, hence, the second breath from the First Giver to those who would soon be born again! Hallelujah!!

I rest my case on HIS relevance. Amen!           (Concluded)

SPIRIT RELEVANCE (Part Four)

 (…continued from part three)

In a widening of the scope of His relevance Matthew 28:19 recorded “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:” the very words of our Lord, Jesus. Is the Father, God? Does John 1:1 call Jesus, the Word of God? If it takes only the Deity to commence the work of spiritual rejuvenation and the Holy Spirit is involved, then, He is a Personage. Amen.

I do not know of how a one, purported to be an insentient being, could have the capability to search the heart of man in order to aid an effective prayer. Let us look at the prayer perspective in scripture. Ephesians 6:18 “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.” The preposition ‘in’ is en (en): ‘A primary preposition denoting (fixed) position (in place, time or state), and (by implication) instrumentality (medially or constructively), that is, a relation of rest.’ Only God can give rest, which has its location in the Spirit.

Great-Commission

“Tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high

An intelligent and acceptable discourse with the Father in heaven can only be achieved with the assistance of the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:27, “And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.” The phrase ‘maketh intercession,’ entugchanō (en-toong-khan’-o) as explained by Thayer Definition: ‘to go to or meet a person, especially for the purpose of conversation, consultation, or supplication’. And according to Strong’s Definition: ‘to chance upon, that is, (by implication) confer with; by extension to entreat (in favor or against).’ The preceding verse of Romans 8:26 says, “Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.” The uttered groans, as gibberish as they sound, happen to be the composition of the Holy Spirit. How can He know God’s design and consequently order our tongues to unlock it with the groaning keys? He is God. That is the relevance.

Spirit

Galatians 4:6 “And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.” The word ‘sons’ is uihos (hwee-os’), the highest form of the five (brephos, nepios, paidion, teknon and huios) types of sonship. Our spiritual infirmities hinder holy discourse, so, the Spirit, resident in us, puts the correct and perfect words in our mouths, ensuring that we do not ask amiss. The Divinity would not be caught in a lowbrow soliloquizing state. He (the Holy Spirit), therefore, speaks to Himself (i.e. the Father) by using my vocal cord; the Father answers back and the holy beat of divine discourse goes sweetly on! What does that make me? I become the vehicular agent of divine tête-à-tête, of course! The Holy Ghost is a Person. He helps to build our faith as the Bible points out in Jude 1:20 “But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.” As Christians we are triply protected by the Father, Son and the Spirit. The Bible makes this clear.

Jesus-Great-Commission-1

The great commission: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…”

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one” [1John 5:7]. The word ‘one’ is: heis (hice): ‘numeral one, also serves as neuter.’ The oneness goes beyond mental concordance among them, the Spirit being One of Them –who also wields a mental discretion. The gender neutrality is of essence: The three are of transcendent essence of immanence and of eternity. 1Corinthians 2:13, “Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.” It is, for this reason, not difficult to understand His pedagogic role, I believe. This is what 1Corinthians 12:3 says, “Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.” Amen!                               (…to be concluded…)

SPIRIT RELEVANCE (Part Three)

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send….

 (…continued from part two…)

In the Arian view, “God the Father is a Deity and is divine and the Son of God is not a Deity but divine (I, the LORD, am Deity alone. Isaiah 46:9). Holy Spirit (the illuminating and sanctifying power) is neither God the Father nor Lord/Master. First Corinthians 8:5 – 8:6. They believe that the Father and the Son are separate beings with separate consciousness and that the Holy Spirit is not a conscious being but instead the power of God.

Unless these followers of the fourth century Arius believe that the Bible is fraught with contradictory errors, Genesis 1:2 apprises of the role of the Holy Spirit as co-Creator. His action of ‘moved’ in Hebrew is râchaph (raw-khaf’): ‘to brood;’ is exactly what the mother hen does to generate energy for procreation. Matthew 1:18, “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.” As Christ did with the clay to produce the first Adam, so the Holy Ghost did to effect the birth of Jesus, the last Adam. Amen. 1Corinthians 6:19, “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?” A temple serves as a place of worship assemblage. As the LORD led them through the wilderness in the cloud, and took the seat of Divinity in Solomon’s Temple, so He sits in the spirit realm of every believer: a proof of His omnipresence.

FHF 3 Jesus Vision 3 temptations reviewed

Christadelphians was founded by Dr. John Thomas in 1864. Christadelphians believe God is one indivisible unity, not three distinct persons existing in one God. They deny the divinity of Jesus, believing he is fully human and separate from God. The “holy spirit” terminology in the Bible is interpreted as referring to God’s power, or God’s character/mind (depending on the context). Also, founded by Frank Ewart in 1913, Oneness Pentecostals believe that there is one God and God is one. Throughout time God manifested himself in three ways or “forms” (not persons), as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Oneness Pentecostals take issue with the Trinity doctrine chiefly for its use of the term “person.” And for the adherents of Binitarianism, “They taught that the Holy Spirit is not a distinct person, but is the power or divine influence of the Father and Son, emanating out to the universe, in creation, and to believers.”

Is it true that the Holy Spirit is just an impersonal inanimate thing? Why then will the word of God say of Him: “And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come;” in Matthew 12:32? The Greek for ‘Spirit,’ pneuma, means: ‘wind or breath.’ How can anyone, in any way, sin against an ordinary wind? Or is the Spirit of God an unseen robot to be said of Him in Luke 2:26 “And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.

clip_image00611

Mark 13:11 reads, “But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. “ This cannot be a robot. The human author of the book of Luke penned in the third chapter of the twenty-second verse thus: “And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.” He is really not an inanimate thing! Let us see Him in another activity found in Acts 13:2 “As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.” Mark some words of exhibition: ‘said,’ ‘me’ and ‘I.’

The verb ‘said’ is made up of two Greek words: epō (ep’-o): ‘to speak, say (by word or writing)’ and dē (day): ‘a particle of emphasis or explicitness; now, then, etc..’ What about ‘me’? It consists of: moi (moy): ‘to me;’ and te (teh), which from Thayer Definition is:                                                                                                          ‘not only … but also;                                                                                                                   both … and;                                                                                                                                        as … so.                                                                                                                                       Strong’s Definition: ‘A primary particle (enclitic) of connection or addition; both or also.’ Then the pronoun ‘I,’ indicative of His Personality, as He takes full responsibility of the call. In the most absolutely certainty the Holy Spirit is not a mere inanimate thing!     (…to be continued…)

SPIRIT RELEVANCE (Part two)

Holy Spirit

THE HOLY SPIRIT SAT IN THE HOLIEST OF ALL AS GOD

Throughout the theophanous phenomenon of the Messianic enterprise, wrought in a man called Jesus, the Holy Spirit was there in the holiest of the temple; a place where only the high priest was privileged an access, just once a year, and must approach the room with the blood of atonement in his hands. It was a grave, awe inspiring business. It could cost the high priest his life if he should treat the ritual with any levity. History teaches that two high priests did die while performing the annual rite. At the epical final pronouncement of “It is finished,” the Holy Ghost left the temple, “And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom;…..” in Matthew 27:51; simply because of what Pauline’s Hebrews 10:20 “By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh” attests to. Amen.

the person of the spirit

As a co-Creator it is quite instructive to understand that He stood side by side the Father to raise the Lord Jesus from the grave. Before the passion week Jesus had intimated on the relevance of the Holy Spirit: John 14:26, “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” Ahead of the time Jesus would sit in the heavenly assizes, in accordance with scriptural sacerdotalism, Spirit relevance is seen in John 16:7, “Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.”

The relevance is buttressed here in John 16:13 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.” God understands that Lucifer is the god of this world so, we, the holy offspring of the Most High must be empowered to deal with satanic jingoism. Luke 24:49 “And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.” Without the Holy Spirit we can do absolutely nothing to please Jehovah God.

2bbb0ffba650cc08eeaebe3342cb45bd

Is the Holy Spirit a Personage? Let us do an exploration of the Bible, where this Spirit of God is designated ‘Holy Spirit,’ ‘Spirit’ (with a capital ‘S’) and ‘Holy Ghost.’ I want to start from the Old, Jewish, Testament of Isaiah 63:10, “But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them.” The word ‘vexed’ comes from the Hebraic ‛âtsab (aw-tsab’) ‘(properly) to carve, that is, fabricate or fashion; hence (in a bad sense) to worry, pain or anger.’ Only an emotionable entity can be made to go through the reaction of Isaiah’s reminiscence. Ephesians 4:30, “And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.” Lupeō (loo-peh’-o) is the Greek word for ‘grieve’ which means: ‘to distress; reflexively or passively to be sad.’ For the fact that this Spirit can be grieved should be a constant warning to us that He is watching (which can only be consummated by a living Entity).

Hebrews 10:29, “Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?” The clause, ‘done despite unto’ is one Greek word enubrizō (en-oo-brid’-zo) ‘to insult.’ I know how very easy it is to wriggle out of this glaring facts with your calculated pandering of Jehovah’s Witness sect who teach that: “The Holy Spirit is an impersonal force from Jehovah, but not God.” They infer that an inanimate thing cannot be insulted. Agreed! Acts of the Apostles 5:3 reads, “But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?”

Matthew-4-1-Jesus-Was-Led-By-The-Spirit-copy

There are two spirits involved here, in the above verse. If we believe that Satan has a physical palpability, then he told Ananias to ‘lie,’ which is: pseudomai (psyoo’-dom-ahee): ‘to utter an untruth or attempt to deceive by falsehood.’ Any uttered untruthfulness is an immediate affront to the Holy Spirit. It was His Divine presence that received the sacerdotal adoration as He was seated as Jehovah of Israel, in the holiest of the temple. He is still present in every feat of mankind from the day of Pentecost, because His presence is the result of God’s promise of Luke 24:49 “And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.”
