HE IS IN FULL CONTROL (Part four)

(…continued from part three…)

4)            He is in full control:

As the Father: in Genesis 1:3 “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” He is the Author of creationism. Revelation 4:2 “And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.” This is the Eternal Father, seated majestically over His Rainbow Administration. This is the first time His physical presence receives a scriptural recording. The truth is that, the word ‘one’ is in italics, proving that it is not of the original Johannine script (remove the pronoun ‘one’ of the verse and it comes out more forcefully). The word ‘throne’ is thronos (thron’-os) and it has the definitions of: ‘1. a stately seat, “throne” 2. (by implication) power 3. (concretely) a potentate, sovereign, or ruler.’ Thronos comes from thrao “to sit.”

As the Christ: in Genesis 3:8, “And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.” As Jesus Christ His absolute proof of being in control of His life is read in John 10:18, “No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.”Neither of the Eternal Father nor the Holy Spirit, save the Eternal Son, is ever beheld by the naked eyes of man.

And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters” (Genesis 1:1).

As the Holy Spirit: in Act 20:28, “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.” Before the crucifixion of Jesus, He sat, in the holy of holiest, as the LORD God of Israel to be worshipped. After the resurrection, from the day of Pentecost, He has taken control of the Church Age till the second coming of the Messiah.

Most certainly, dominion got transferred from Adamic hegemony to that of the indwelling serpentine spirit. However, by the protevangelium of Genesis 3:15 the man, technically, was brought in to represent God, putting Him, the LORD God, in control. When God’s breath, which He put in man’s creation, mixes with the faith in God’s word, man becomes his creator’s oracular afflatus –office of a regnant prophet. The meaning of Seth, Adam’s third son, is the Hebraic shêth (shayth): compensation; put, that is, substituted.’ Having been put in place by divine authorisation, the Bible says, “And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the LORD” [Gen 4:26]. The LORD never did lose control. Amen.

Enoch was translated, according to Pauline apostolic teaching where the ‘translation’ of Hebrews 11:5, metathesis (met-ath’-es-is) means: transposition, that is, transferral (to heaven), disestablishment (of a law).’ Man was taken to a place of rest, awaiting a certain glorification and eventual return to his ownership of the earth which has been given to him as a Divine donation. Amen. One of the meanings of ‘translation’ is ‘disestablishment of the law’ and the salience of questioning should be, “What law?” It is the law of ‘sin and death’ [Romans 8:2]; a reminder of the couch, “The soul that sinneth, it shall die” [Ezekiel 18:20]. Proving His transcendental hegemon He disestablished the clog in the wheels of Adamic spiritual progression. That administrative abrogation enabled paradise access to an antediluvian saint like Enoch.

The annihilating, great Deluge

The oldest Adamic creature in history, Methuselah, was made to sleep in Abraham’s Bosom just before the annihilating great Deluge (an age which got the importation of the pervasive wickedness from Cain’s city of Nod). He must be kept safe, all because of the facticity of not wanting to have not more than eight souls in the ark: eight is the number of new beginnings. Is HE not in control? Selah! Is the LORD God in spiritual control of your life? Then, categorically speaking, you have absolutely nothing to worry about! Definitely not!

Man has always been a bad manager of his life. Let God be in control of your life for proper management. Get born again. Say this prayer, meaning it:

“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”

HE IS IN FULL CONTROL (Part three)

(…continued from part two…)

3)            “And the LORD did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died: but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one” [Exodus 9:6]. In several ways, Egypt lost, when this plague came upon it. It caused heavy loss of sources of food. Money realised from cattle businesses went kaput. Egypt’s religious reverence of the bull was rendered irrelevant. More pollution destroyed the lives of Godless Egypt.

“And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt” [Exodus 9:9]. Why would God employ the use of ashes to punish and assert His domination? Ashes are synonymous to humility. Pharaoh’s procacity earned him disgrace, excruciating pain and ill-health. “And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field” [Exodus 9:25]. A miracle within a miracle! The fire of the thunder was not smouldered neither was the hail melted.

A grievous combination of miraculous wonder was the comeuppance of the disbelieving hardened heart of Pharaoh. “For they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left: and there remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the herbs of the field, through all the land of Egypt” [Exodus 10:15]. The LORD God brought prosperity to Egypt because His children were about to be part of her. Disobedience to the LORD God is such an evil resulting in comeuppance of catastrophic cataclysm. Pharaoh asked for it, just the same way the world would ask for an equal devastation in the eschatological evil rule of the Antichrist.

Egyptian otiose deity

Exodus 10:23, “They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.” A similar phenomenon was actually playing out in Abraham’s Bosom between those who slept in the LORD and the wicked dead. Seeing not one another, in the Egypt land of Pharaoh, is indicative of total confusion. In Goshen, there was light! A slightest stroll away from God is a plunge into pitch darkness of Satanism. Satan is the first to experience the gloom of dark ignorance and into it his fellow disobedient beings go. Amen. “And all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maidservant that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of beasts” [Exodus 11:5].

Dagon, water deity, couldn’t help Pharaoh.

Sinfulness is a contagion. A languorous effort to renew the mind is a blatant refusal to heed God’s call to repentance. It is as evil as deciding to tow the inglorious path of the progenitor of the antediluvian miscreants. Cain was the first born human ever to come through biological parturition. Cain’s procacious act was reenacted by Pharaoh. His (Cain) spiritual demise led him to his eventual physical death. His progeny died in the great deluge for dishonouring God’s word (likened to water); no wonder Pharaoh perished in the fluidity of liquid ocean. His will, even the will of God, is in full control. His will is not a created phenomenon. His will is His Word: a Personage –Jesus Christ— the Lord of glory. The verity of His absolute control is irrefragable.

Moses receives instruction from Jehovah

It was important to establish His full control when He instructed Moses in Exodus 30:6, “And thou shalt put it before the vail that is by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.” Without Him Israel would have gone into extinction. As long as man’s existence features His holy presence of Divine control, the concept of Emmanuel is a truism.

HE IS IN FULL CONTROL (Part two)

Isaac needed to adumbrate soteriological crucifixion

(…continued from part one…)

2)            Abraham was a bona fide friend of God. He passed the baton to Isaac, who needed not see the physical manifestation of the LORD God.

Isaac being the second of the three progenitors of Israel, prefigures Christ, the Second Member of the Godhead, even the perfect manifestation of the unseen Jehovah. God, in Isaac, was still in control. Amen. Jacob must come into physical contact with Him to prepare the exodus of Jah people. The Israelites must bring Him down to the earth a la worship –true adoration of the Most High. Pharaoh, the Antichrist of their days, kicked vehemently against an impending loss of slaves to lord over.

Pharaoh concretized his true discipleship of Satanism by defying the Most High God. The Devil does everything to ensure that people should not know that Satanism is a deadly opium. Its involvement is an active production of a congregation of myopes. Power of false knowledge is all that the demons -of myopic state beings- makes available to the unsuspecting cultists of Satanism. God was ready to crush every presence of Egypt’s esoteric pride to prove His Almighty’s reality.

“And I will stretch out my hand, and smite Egypt with all my wonders which I will do in the midst thereof: and after that he will let you go” [Exodus 3:20]. God’s introduction of His power should have taken care of Pharaoh’s incaution. “For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron’s rod swallowed up their rods” [Exodus 7:12]. The word ‘rods’ is maṭṭeh or maṭṭâh (mat-teh’): ‘a branch (as extending); figuratively a tribe; also a rod, whether for chastising (figuratively correction), ruling (a sceptre).’ The ‘rod’ is an extension of ones power of influence. God’s influential power, too much for Pharaoh’s despotism, must be in control. The second object is the serpent.

Moses

At the burning bush experience, Moses’ rod turned into the serpent called nâchâsh (naw-khawsh’), so called from its hiss, and being the same that tempted the woman of Eden. Moses had that one in his firm control as long as he obeyed his God. The serpent in Exodus 7:12 is a different tannı̂yn or tannı̂ym (tan-neen’): ‘dragon, serpent, sea monster; dragon or dinosaur, sea or river monster; venomous snake.’ Tannı̂yn, in its definition, is expressive of various religions of satanic establishments. The very essence of their being was swallowed up in absolute victory. Pharaoh probably told them, “Get more power of higher potency!” He must show this alien God who is in control. The stupidity of Pharaoh’s mind ignited the ire of the Most High which unleashed the ten devastating plagues.

Jehovah is the LORD of the waters

Exodus 7:18, “And the fish that is in the river shall die, and the river shall stink; and the Egyptians shall lothe to drink of the water of the river.” The death of the fish was to alert Pharaoh of the incapacitation of Dagon, the worshipped idol of the river. “And Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt; and the frogs came up, and covered the land of Egypt” [Exodus 8:6]. The Hebraic word for ‘frog’ is tsephardêa‛ (tsef-ar-day’-ah) meaning: ‘a swamp; a marsh leaper, that is, frog.’ Water is emblematic of God’s word, people or the Holy Spirit. In their rejection of God’s word, the people of Egypt became the enemy of God and His counselling Spirit. As they said, “No,” to the Spirit of God, it was a positive provocation of the emergence of the unholiness of foul spirits, of which the social abhorrence of frogs represented. A denial of God’s control of full blessedness is an undeniable attraction of the otiosity that inhabits Satanism.

The third plague is seen in Exodus 8:16, “And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.” The priests, who were the custodians of the idol worshipping Egyptian, got worse hit. They must shave their entire body every three days to ensure that they would not bring vermin into the temples. Even the magicians would not replicate the particularly disgusting offensive ‘anger of God’ that time.

Egyptian sun-worship

Exodus 8:24, “And the LORD did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants’ houses, and into all the land of Egypt: the land was corrupted by reason of the swarm of flies.” And by the miraculous separation which exempted the Goshen land of Israelites from the plagues, which the LORD God effected, trouble began only in Pharaoh’s Egypt. The definition of ‘swarm‘ is: ‘a mixture of flies.’ Plaguing! Terrible! What is most significant about this fourth plague is the fact that the Egyptians boast of a pantheon of gods: Baalzebub, the fly-god of Ekron; Hercules, muscarum abactor, Hercules, the expeller of flies, of the Romans; the Muagrus of the Eleans, whom they invoked against pestilential swarms of flies; and hence Jupiter, the supreme god of the heathens, had the epithets of Απομυιος and Μυωδης, because he was supposed to expel flies, and defend his worshippers against them. None of these, and not even the pantheons could save Pharaoh. Jehovah is in full control.

HE IS IN FULL CONTROL (Part one)

1)            You may be an atheist, Buddhist, Hindustan, Islamist, Humanist, Judaist or a church going person. There may, also, be diverse thoughts concerning creation. What is certain is that One Personage did bring all that is in existence into being. Elements, compounds, structures, animalia and intelligent lives of beings were His creations.

While, as the Bible teaches, the atheist is long lost in spirituality, and the Humanist is groping in abject deficiency in his spiritual connection with his Maker, other forms of religious affiliated ones ascribe creation to this Being as myopia allows. The Bible gives His name as JEHOVAH. He spoke face to face with Moses, the prophet and first leader of Israel. “And the LORD said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven” [Exodus 17:14]. “And the LORD said unto Moses, Write thou these words: for after the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with thee and with Israel” [Exodus 34:27].

The Bible reveals in Exodus 33:11, “And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.” We also read from the Pentateuch in Deuteronomy 34:10, “And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face:” to prove the creationism account of the Scripture to be true.

God recreated the terra firma for mankind. “The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men” [Psalm 115:16]. He gave him freedom. “And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:” [Genesis 2:16]. This 16th verse is the biblical proof of Adamic free moral agency. Man’s dominion is not in question, albeit, the ultimate control was not in Adam’s hands. “But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die” [Genesis 2:17]. The Limiter is the One in full control. “Yes, dear son Adam, you have dominion, but to give you full control of your life will put you in an egregious jeopardy,” God probably mused in Adam’s ears.

The fall of the pristine parents

And, drop the ball, Adam did. If he had been in full control of everything, the tempter would have assumed the role of ‘the winner takes all’ in the victory of his Pyrrhic and fugacious change of power. God made sure that the sinfulness of evil must occur in His earthly home, Garden of Eden. He has every right into His home. He, legally speaking, did not relinquish His ultimate control of terra firma to Adam by the codicil found in Genesis 2:17. Adam died spiritually. His wife died alongside his walking cadaver stance. The deceptive Lucifer had been billions of years dead –spiritually. Where were they? In God’s house. Remember 1Peter 4:17, about where God’s judgment should commence?

To save the earth from another cataclysm, the Living, sinless God had to manifest, to prove who is in absolute control. He did not only judge the wrong doers, He gave a calendar of salvation in His protevangelium of Genesis 3:15 “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” In sending them away, for whom the earth was made, He established the fact of their dead situation. Death, as a matter of fact, is to be cut off from the presence of God. As more were born into the world, walking cadavers increased.

Adam lost the human glory

We may not have the physical location of Eden again but that can never make Him lose control of the earth. Satan thought he had firm control, having executed a successful putsch against the dominion of Adam, and especially having, as his global priest, Cain, the very first born of Adam’s family. The Genesis 3:15 spoken word of God found a germination in Seth: for in his days men began to call upon the name of the Lord. God must save the world to prove His firm control so eight souls were the surviving evangelists of His coming.

Again, the emergence of Nimrod gave Satan an impression of riding a huge stallion of victory not knowing that he was crawling on the back of a cockroach (a Pyrrhic victory)! Abraham took the word of God across the Euphrates. He saw the physical manifestation of Him in Genesis 18; why not? Abraham was a bona fide friend of God. He passed the baton to Isaac, who needed not see the physical manifestation of the LORD God.

Righteousness (5)

“I AM the REVIVIFICATION.”

(Continued from part four…)

5)            Righteousness subjects one to the LORD God. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. The meaning of ‘servants’ is the Greek douloo (dou-loh’-o): ‘to enslave.’ It comes from the root doulos (dou`-los) meaning: ‘1. (involuntarily) a slave 2. (of necessity) a bond-servant 3. (figuratively) a voluntary, fully devoted servant {literal or figurative, involuntary or voluntary; frequently, therefore in a qualified sense of subjection or subserviency},’ it means the same as deo (deh’-o) ‘1. to bind 2. (regarding marriage) to be bethrothed, to pledge to give oneself in marriage 3. bond(-man), servant.’ Righteousness is a gift to only one species of creation: Christians!

The LORD JESUS, our RIGHTEOUSNESS!

And there is a very good reason for robing us in this honourificabilitudinitatibus. Immediately you are born again it automatically turns you into a member of the celestial Family of the Godhead! You cannot be unrighteous and belong to this Godhood Family. “And if I go……that where I am, there ye may be also, is the Lord’s promise in John 14:3. God must do something. He robed His sworn children, ergo, in His own righteousness so that we may legally constitute of the Divine Family of Jehovah. It is never of our doing. Carnality has eaten, too rottenly deep into us to achieve this feat! It is that marriage to the Lamb that clothes us in eternal righteousness. Amen!

The first time ‘righteousness’ comes out in the Bible is here in Genesis 15:6 And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness. Now, let us do some studies. The action word ‘believed’ is ‘aman (aw-man’), meaning: ‘1. (properly) to build up or support. 2. to foster as a parent or nurse. 3. (figuratively) to render (or be) firm or faithful. 4. to trust or believe. 5. to be permanent or quiet. 6. (morally) to be true or certain. 7. (once, Isaiah 30:21) to go to the right hand.’ Abraham’s faith in the God that called him did it. Faith, we understand, cometh by hearing and hearing the sound word of Scripture, God’s protocol. Righteousness is not a lucre proceeding from the sweat of our moil. It is a gift, a Divine donation.

The next word is ‘counted’ which is the Hebraic chashab (chaw-shaɓ’): ‘1. (properly) to plait or interpenetrate. 2. (literally) to weave. 3. (generally) to fabricate. 4. (figuratively) to plot or contrive (usually in a malicious sense). 5. (hence, from the mental effort) to think, regard, value, compute.’ God did some calculations when He saw Abraham’s faith. Jehovah placed a value on Abraham’s belief (in HIM), then He credited Abraham’s act with ‘righteousness.’ If Abraham did not show faith it would not have worked. The ‘righteousness’ is tsdaqah (tsed-aw-kaw’), a feminine noun speaking of productiveness. Whose production? Abraham’s? Nay! God’s fabrication, tailored for those who receive Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Tsdaqah means: ‘1. (abstractly) rightness. 2. (subjectively) rectitude. 3. (objectively) justice. 4. (morally) morality, virtue. 5. (figuratively) prosperity.’

Being defined as ‘rightness, rectitude and morality’ it is nothing short of a Right Standing. Jesus ‘counts’ us as His, and the resultant effect is to credit the Christians’ life with His righteousness. Why? He is THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS of Jeremiah 23:6. Praise the Lord!

“I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Halleluyah!

“For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: 9) (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) 10) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord” [Ephesians 5:8-10]. “Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God” [Phil 1:11]. “That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God” [Col 1:10]. Our walk of righteousness is, indeed, an interpretation of God’s right standing as opposed to covert wickedness of satanic creep. Is it of our doing? Certainly not! The righteousness of Scripture is evidently of Divinity, lest any should boast. Amen!                                                                                                                                                             The first biblical couch of ‘righteousness,’ in Genesis 15:6, was Mosaic. Moses never saw Abraham. How did he come to know of Abrahamic life? It was dictated to him by God, (which was, and which is and which is to come), Jehovah who saw it all. Without doubt, I can hear God telling Moses, “Abraham believed Me -the I AM- and, opening a celestial account on his behalf, I calculated and entered the sum of ‘righteousness’.” Where did Abraham get the faith? From the Word of God. Abraham owned neither the faith nor the Word: for both are of God. Selah!

You can put on the righteousness of Jesus by getting born again. Say this simple prayer, meaning it from your heart:

“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”
